For fastfood, its okay. I would have given a 3.5 rating if I could because they are more of a 3.5. The store is clean. The children's play area is out of service(im not sure why) but it would be nice to have that especially when you go there with your little children who like to run around.

The ceiling leaked in the dining room. Buckets in use next to me while I ate. Bikini Bottom meal was $20 but I couldn't substitute and food was gross. Staff did not care I spent my weeks budget and was not happy with my foid.

As far as Burger Kings go, this store is average. I've had better, but I've had much worse. The servers were polite and the food came out fast. It was a cold inside though, on a rainy day in December. My Whopper was a little dry and the toppings weren't evenly dispersed. The first half was okay, but the last few bites were all burger and bun.

A Burger King still holding onto the last vestiges of the 90's, the unavailable play area is the only eyesore currently. However, the service is top notch and quick, the food well made, and the rest of the restaurant is always clean. I like coming here and watching cars milling around the parking lot of the mall next door.

Normally it's fine but I've gotten food poisoning from here a few times. Especially after hours like after 8 pm you should not go here. Today actually they ran out of beef or had an equipment failure but end result was that I got a chicken sandwich and it was horrible. Completely burnt.

This location is messing up the Burger King business/name. This is my 3rd time going to this place before 7pm with one of my kids just to find out the dining room is closed. Again! The guy up front tells me to go around. So I am thinking he is telling me to walk around to a different door. Wrong! What he was actually trying to say is go to the drive thru. Is this a franchised Burger King? I would really like to speak with the owner about this. Their phone just rings with no answer. This is a good location in a good part of town, so they do need new management. I am finally standing up to this trash management and just walking away from this location until new management is brought in.

It really is a shame how companies are able to cheat customers completely, and it has become normal. I’m dang sure that my order was gotten out of the trash And then hand it to me because that’s exactly what it tasted like. I don’t understand why, even putting in effort to make food that you know is about to suck. I really hope this place does not make any charities for hunger because if they really wanted to make a difference, they would just leave food alone so that it could have a chance of being actually enjoyable. However, This is in no way a reflection of the workers because I noticed that there was one worker bagging the items taking the orders and going back-and-forth between the window and the kitchen, poor lady she looked really really stressed, but was trying to do her job the best she could.
