We enjoyed a lovely Valentine’s Day brunch at Cesar. It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared and presented, the wine selection was impressive and we will be returning. Thank you Julian for your hospitality, it was much appreciated.

this event was not the best. food came out cold, and just seemed like they weren't really prepared for it.

The owner was very engaging as we sat at the bar and he was attending to us. The meal was delicious. It was a set menu for Valentine's Day. The wine pairing we paid for was a little too much. I expected more from the $129 a person. We found one of the bottles of wine on line and it was $15. I will go back and order off of the regular menu.

The first dish was bread and butter with nuts, almonds, figs and green salad with sourdough bread, meat course for filet mignon with three prompts on top with a rich gravy and a macaroon filled with cream, Leche and raspberries had a great evening

Service was very poor. After 20 minutes we had to ask to place a drink order. Our food did not. Come out together and when the first persons food was served we had to ask for cutlery (after waiting a couple of minutes). Doubt that I will return.

A great piece of France in the middle of Bellevue. Had a very pleasant brunch, including an amazing new red tea with Reunion Island vanilla. Enjoyed speaking French with the owner.

Coffee was good, croissant was great! Sandwiches can be better, they also make them in the morning and warm and serve the rest of the day.

Only six wines available??? Not sure I'd call that a wine bar or a Paris Experience. Such potential, but it feels like this place isn't trying to be a wine bar anymore.

First the good - service was excellent - our waiter was new (first day) but professional and attentive. But when seated we were immediately informed that probably 60% of the entire menu was unavailable: appetizers, salads, entrees, everything. I've often seen one or two things on the menu unavailable, but never anything like that. We were left with two or three entree choices. The food itself was ho-hum. My salmon was overcooked, my partner's salad was pretty basic and uninspired. The price was not terrible, but the overall experience was such that I would not return or recommend this restaurant to others. It may be a nice bakery - I don't know because I only went there for dinner. But the dinner experience was sub-par.

The food and service were great. The atmosphere was OK, but the restaurant was cold. I tried to close the outside door once, but it was proped opened again. My wife was wearing a sweater, and I was wearing a sports coat, so we were not lightly dressed. We finally had to put on our coats. Otherwise, we would give it 5 stars.

Excellent dinner here with friends! Dinner service is new, so it was really empty... but the food and service were fabulous. French onion soup was the highlight, but scallops and beef bourguignon were delicious.

I was surprised that more wines were not featured . I expected an Extensive wine list. There were no vegetarian options this evening but the chef did provide us with a nice option on request.

This place is exceptionally good for breakfast but the taste of their dinner menu is still lacking. They changed the menu and made updates regarding the presentation but the food is still not tasty. This was the last time I'll attend for dinner but I will still go breakfast when I'm in the area.

We had an unforgettable French dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing (we are definitely going back for the Coq Au Vin), every dish was rich in flavor, beautifully presented and clearly made with care. The ambiance was intimate and romantic. Staff were warm and friendly without ever being intrusive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic French experience and a memorable night out!

Took full advantage of Seattle’s last sunny day!
The wines were excellent, and the focaccia was delicious, perfectly crisp and flavorful. While the dinner menu doesn’t offer many vegetarian options, it’s still a great spot for a casual evening. Ideal for a quick date night with a glass of wine in hand and a cozy vibe as the sun sets!
