Staff was friendly and pretty quick. Drinks good, but don't order something not on the menu, forget about it. I might be an olive snob, but their olives ruined my dirty martini. Pay a high penny for good vodka, then have the drink ruined by the most terrible olives I have ever had. It was still a good time. The company of my wonderful husband of 12 years was enough to make it worth it and our server was fun and attentive.

It was pretty much the first time dining for all of us besides a few. The food was great even for how busy the restaurant was. My only small issue was my steak was more well done then medium well, but all in all everything was great and customer service was excellent.

25 minutes from being seated to take our order. Good thing we picked up drinks in the bar, single Jamason on the rocks and double makers mark neat($70+ tip). Half hour from taking food order to getting food, my French dip sandwich's bread was soaking wet, however, the salmon and truffle fries were good. Server never checked in to see if we wanted more to drink and we had to flag him down to get the check and wait 15 minutes from him to return so I could pay.

Food is ALWAYS great! Can never complain about the food! now on the other hand service seems to be the problem at this location! I'm very disappointed that the service differs every time I come by for dinner! Not only does it upset me it really makes me frustrated because I have to leave a smaller tip due to the service every time I come in, I expect to leave 100 minimum as a tip, now the last few times I've had to leave less due to the service which upsets me because I love coming to STK! Everything else is amazing per usual only complaint is, the service isn't the same every time!

This was our first time dining at this restaurant. Happy hour menu is good. We enjoyed the meatballs, oysters, and specialty cocktails. For dinner we shared the Delmonico steaks, pasta with mushrooms, baby gem Cesar salad, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, corn and bread. Everything was good, except the steak. It wasn't flavorful, was way overpriced and could have been presented in a more pleasing way. Simply putting some garnishes on the plate would've made it more appealing. Since the restaurant promotes itself as a top level steakhouse, we were really disappointed with the steak. The mashed potatoes were the best side dish. The bread, although really pleasing to look at, was very doughy. We had the apple pie and ice cream for dessert. It was nothing special but the plating, to celebrate the birthday, in was really cool. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Our server was attentive and very sweet but it was obvious she had not been trained with fine dining service (brought white wine glasses instead of red wine glasses, never poured our decanted wine for us, mispronounced items on the menu). The final bill, for the four of us, was over $700. This was meant to be a special celebration dinner. The meal, and the experience, did not justify the amount of money we spent nor would we return.

I celebrated my Birthday here on a late Sunday evening which was perfect. The decor, service and enthusiasm for celebration of my birthday was amazing. My table consisted of (9) woman who were also very pleased with the environment and hospitality given. We sampled many plates of food and everything was satisfying including the drinks. This was our first time at STK and we definitely recommend and will be back.
It was ok it wasn't what we expected our server was great my steak was tender but that's all I can say positive seasoning was not on point it was so extremely loud I don't like having to yell the ambience was good for a night club it just wasn't for us. My husband got the lobster linguine it had huge chunks of lobster but the overall dish was ok. We spent $444. And it was ok pretty disappointed on the food. We will not ever go back just wasn't for us

Today was my first time here, I ordered a steak with Mac and cheese, the food was ok the drink was bitter and sour.....I also order apple pie, but my apple pie was very cold and barely had anything in it, considering the price I paid for it....i call to complaint and the guy on the phone was asking for my information, so when I was giving him my information, For them to get back to me, he was like you don't have to be condescending that came out nowhere, I was just trying to spell out my name, cause I have a hard name and I was in the parking garage, and it was loud, he didn't even confirm the information I gave him just to make sure he heard me correctly, and hang up the phone on me, I'm never coming here again......I wasted my money, on low quality food and the service was very rude and disrespectful....... I also read other Reviews, which the owner replied to the reviews It looks like they were just replying to your reviews, but might not even do anything about it. They're just in the business of making money. Don't seem like they care about the Quality of the food, considering the amount they are charging for it I just copied and paste my google review

We had a wonderful birthday dinner. Ivan was an excellent server. Food and drinks were great. Birthday celebration with sparklers and dessert was a lot of fun. Love the decor, ambience and service.

Mother Son trip. Visited family in Issaquah and traveled into Bellevue with delightful vibes. Many restaurants but chose STK. 9 pm reservations Modern colorful vibe. Live DJ spinning club and R&B. Services professional. Food included warm pull apart roll with Serrano oil and garlic Parmesan butter. Seafood tower for min two. MORE oysters. Fresh summer cocktails. My teen son loved the energy and the scene. Overall felt ushered away while fine dining and made the night complete.

Honestly I've been there before but the experience this time was just off it was my bday so it's ok but we had to wait every time we ask for something and they literally charged us for every single sauce which we didn't even consume i asked for ranch bbq and hot sauce and out of the 8 sauce none of them was what I asked for spent 939$ on my bday and regretted it honestly.
