Unfortunate experience. Booked a table based on online photos and menu. Arrived for the reservation, host staff was not available upon arrival. Was eventually seated by alternate staff. Seated proximate to the bar next to three large screen TVs. Table was unstable, there was an attempt by the waitstaff to stabilize it with napkins. Eventually moved to another table also near the bar. Ribeye steak poorly cooked. 30 minute delay to receive dessert. Was advised by staff that there would be a delay, and that the dessert would be complimentary due to the delay. Dessert was on the bill. $350 dinner, casual dining vibes—TVs, amateur staff. Not the place for a celebratory dinner. Good happy hour drinks.
Had an amazing experience here last night. The food was so good but our highlight of the night was our waitress TINA. She was personable, professional and so accommodating,I almost wished she could serve us every time we cane here.We will be back soon, that's for sure!
So they offered free range roast turkey with all the fixings... we had an 8 pm rezo and waited until 8:30 to be served to find out that they sold out of their thanksgiving turkey dinner.. over an hour earlier.. not many options as a lot of restaurants were closed and booked. Got a bit of a run around by <30 people working there and made no exceptions. Meanwhile after a bit of us complaining that the only reason we came to that restaurant was that they offered a full on turkey dinner. (And our hotel concierge recommended it. ) the manager said oh we have one left to find out that there was no stuffing, it was the end of a turkey roll and the sweet potatoes and green beens were substituted with deep fried sweet potato's and broccoli instead of green beans. We again said this is unacceptable that they said it was free range turkey, when in fact it was a turkey roll. No stuffing. Will not return. They made excuses why they sold out on the second seating?? Stop making rezos if you can't handle it. I never make comments but this drove me to it.
I visited STK Bellevue with my boyfriend on Thanksgiving, hoping for a special holiday meal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a pretty disappointing experience. We had made a reservation specifically to enjoy their Thanksgiving menu. When we arrived, they had us wait about 20 minutes even though we had a confirmed time. Then, they actually gave us a table that was meant for another reservation, which they didn't clarify until we were already seated. To make matters worse, once we tried to order the Thanksgiving menu, the server informed us that they had run out of it entirely. We were basically told we could leave if we wanted, which came off as really rude. We decided to stay and ordered other items (the tagliatelle, chicken, and a spinach side), but the food was cold, bland, and honestly just not good at all. On top of that, the ambiance wasn't what you'd expect from a place like STK. It was loud, overcrowded, and the vibe felt far from upscale. Overall, this was my third visit, but by far the worst one. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone else either.
WE LOVED IT! Prob the best dining experience we have had in the Seattle area. We were so impressed and will definitely be back. Heartfelt thanks to your entire team, especially our server Sarah (Bellevue)who was patient with us as we asked a million questions. Y'all are doing something exceptional! KUDOS
Our table was crammed in a row, with so little room I bumped elbows with the table text to me multiple times. Our steaks were undercooked and the lobster Mac was overcooked. For the money it was definitely not worth it and I'd rather go to Ascend or Daniel's.
Made a reservation 2 months in advance for Thanksgiving, when we arrived on time was told we would have to wait about 20 min to get our table. We just went to the bar and ate there. The food was okay. Our steak was not good. Really fatty. Disappointed to say the least especially since our bill was $300
I serve it was absolutely wonderful with the professional polite and rose above the circumstances we were there on Thanksgiving. The outer area was absolutely packed and the noise level was too loud for the number of people there My reservation was for six and we weren't seated until about 6:25 the food Was excellent, but we weren't near any decorations. It just seemed like this occasion they had taken too many reservations, but our server was absolutely wonderful.
The service was good, but the food was absolutely not worth the price. The vibe in the restaurant was is great, good music just wish the food was good. The steaks were basic...I wouldn't say anything that leads to the price. The sides were good, but again not worth the price. Probably wouldn't go again.
Ambiance was nice. The mushroom pot pie was a real treat. The lobster linguine paired quite nicely with steak. (Lobster linguine had a spice kick that was subtle and arrived late. STK have an in-house shaved pickle that came beside the crab cake that was inventive. Coming from Baltimore the crab cake was ok, we left talking about the super pickle, advise eating that pickle not by itself... It packed a punch. Price was high; however, it seemed appropriate for the setting. Staff was exceptional.

STK was delightful. Went for their generous Veterans Day offer which I was very thankful for. Food was delicious (the Wagyu Butter was the star) and the service was friendly and attentive! The prices were definitely a bit out there for some items, namely the wine. Overall loved the experience and will definitely be back.
STK Bellevue: A High-End Letdown We had high hopes for STK Bellevue, especially after a fantastic experience at their Vegas location. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disappointment and we didn't even stay for dinner. Despite having an 8 PM Saturday reservation, we waited 20 minutes for our table. The restaurant's vibe was lively and upbeat, with a DJ setting the tone. But when we were finally seated, they led us past all the energy and tucked us into a private room which was isolated, empty, and awkward. It felt like a reservation mix-up, and not the kind you expect from a supposedly upscale spot. To kill time while waiting for a friend, we ordered martinis. At $25 a glass, you'd expect a classic, well-balanced cocktail. Instead, we got something oddly sweet and poorly made. It was a far cry from a proper martini and not worth the price. Sitting alone in a private room with just three people felt more like a punishment than a premium experience. We left before ordering food, and the whole evening was soured. STK Bellevue didn't deliver on any of the expectations set by its brand or our prior experiences. If you book well in advance, you deserve better.
STK Steakhouse never disappoints! The vibe is classy yet fun, the service is top-notch, and the steaks are cooked to perfection. Cocktails are amazing, and the sides (especially the truffle fries!) are a must. Perfect spot for a night out or celebration, can't wait to come back!
