She's attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely taken care of from the moment we sat down. Service like that makes a huge difference, and is very important to me. The steaks and fish were perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and paired with delicious sides and mocktails. Every dish we tried was top-notch, and the quality for the price is unbeatable. The ambiance at STK Bellevue is upscale yet welcoming, with a beautiful modern interior that made for the perfect night out. I brought a few friends who just moved to the area, and STK was the perfect way to introduce them to the Bellevue dining scene. Whether you're celebrating something special, entertaining guests, or just craving a great steak, STK Bellevue should definitely be on your list.

The food was delicious (highly recommend the mac & cheese), the filet was cooked perfectly, and everything just felt super high quality. Our server Dom was amazing, literally didn't miss a single detail! He kept our drinks full, was super attentive the entire time, and gave us great recommendations for food and our cocktails. The vibe of the restaurant was the perfect mix of upscale and fun, not too fancy, just a really good energy ✨ We finished with the cloud dessert and it came with sparklers which was such a fun way to end the night. Definitely somewhere I'd go again and even bring a bigger group next time!!
