Food is mediocre at best. (super bland but large portions)
Our waiter Sam was excellent. He is a top dawg! He made the visit pleasant and made sure we were never without anything refilling chips drinks etc without asking.
Atmosphere is busy with latino music.

We stopped by Cactus in Bellevue for a quick bite before heading to a company/team event, and it turned out to be a great choice. We ordered nachos and guac for the table, and both were spot on fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed for a quick, satisfying stop.

A special shoutout to Jenise, our host, who was fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She made sure our orders were placed quickly, kept things moving smoothly, and helped us with both the food and a couple of drinks, which we really appreciated given our tight timeline.

Overall, it was a great experience easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back when we have more time to actually sit down and dine properly.

I really enjoy Mexican foods with Pico de Gallo, salsa, peppers and hot sauces. Especially asada fajitas with roasted jalapeños and nachos. My wife and I ordered nachos here and were very disappointed. Nasty. Greasy thin bad tasting saturated chips that required a fork due to them breaking. We ordered just a handful of fresh crisp chips for a $6 surprise. Not must help. These were the worst, and now, just the thought of nachos makes me sick.

Always love Cactus, and their locations are consistently excellent. Prawn fajitas are delicious, don’t miss out on chips & guac. They have great options for carnivores, pescatarians, and vegetarians. Highly recommend the butternut squash enchiladas for vegetarians. Service is always friendly and food is promptly served.
