I had a really bad experience with this place. The place was untidy - dirty mugs all over. Seemed the staff don't care about this place. I will talk about the coffee in a bit but let me introduce the staff to the people going here.

The guy (can be seen in a few pics) was not only rude, he doesn't show a simple decency for the customers. Dude, you need to stop showing your jerk attitude to your customer. If you don't want to be in the shop then don't be in the shop. Just don't make customers hate this place because of your behavior.

This guy needs to be fired. He doesn't deserve to be in any coffee shop.

On top of that, the guy made horrible coffee drinks. So, I am not sure what value this person is adding to the shop.

Stop acting like a coffee shop, Casura.

The barista was rude. The online order was not ready and he didn’t even seem to care to know what the order was. He made one of the worst mochas I had. I asked for another cup as there were no sleeves and coffee was hot. He refused to give another one.

Like other reviews mention, avoid this place if you are a person of color!

Will not come back here again. Very bad customer service. Ordered an oat milk latte but got a regular milk latte. The coffee was bland and the pastry seemed to be old and dry. The owner is rude and seems to be hating his job.

Stay away from this place. Owner is rude and condescending. He seems to take pleasure in making people feel bad about themselves. Also, the latte I ordered was only 2/3 full, and the taste is bland. Will never go back.

Got a coffee and match employee was on his phone while we were looking. The place is dirty with flys and crumbs everywhere, the atmosphere is bad, and the pastry case is just empty. Feels soulless and a little eerie

Was visiting Bellevue and this place was within walking distance! Nice to support local businesses. Pumpkin Muffin was tasty and Maple Oat Latte hit the spot.

I would avoid this coffee shop and look for better places. I went here and the place didn’t look well kept. The owner who operates it, is not that attentive and not that friendly. The coffee is all right, but the quality is only a little bit better than Starbucks. Would avoid ordering any food. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they were poorly put together and looked terrible.

This place is a great example of how being in a great location with few options can allow an abysmal restaurant to keep going for a while. It’ll eventually catch up though.
