The musubi breakfast sandwich (with spam and furikake on a pineapple bun) was the most delicious thing I've eaten in a long time.
The Vietnamese coffee (one of many interesting choices available) was flavored and sweetened just perfectly - plenty but not too much.
The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, and the service was pleasant and charming,

Such a cute and yummy cafe. Love all the favors and the savory egg sandwiches are a must!

This place is incredible!!! Definitely a new favorite 😍 the piggy buns are sooo adorable and taste delicious (salted egg yolk is the best, but custard is a close second). The creme brulee tart was a little small but absolutely incredible. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. They made my service animal and I feel very welcome. Atmosphere is clean and perfectly decorated. The drinks are not too sweet and taste authentic. The sandwiches are the bomb.com. I got the honey walnut shrimp! This place is by far the best cafe I've been to in years. A must stop for tourists.

Went because I was craving a pineapple bun and was put off by the $6 price but got it anyway. It was pretty average, and I still can't really get over the price. I'd rate lower just for that, but to be fair, the pineapple buns don't represent the whole cafe

Coffee is yummy with fun flavors like biscoff, banana, coconut matcha etc without being too sweet. The sandwiches are freshly made to order - spam sandwich on pineapple bun was awesome.

A proper matcha latte would now look like this and feel like I'm drinking chunks of matcha powder. The place is nice but the staff were allowing customers with dogs that were constantly barking without saying anything.

Literally love love love this cafe. The custard and taro piggy buns are my fav, drinks aren’t bad either but the buns I always must get when I’m around. The only thing is that I wish they stayed open longer as they close at 4 :(

Cute, HK-themed cafe with small bites good for lunch or dessert! We got the coconut matcha latte and banana coffee latte, hot dog bun, musibi hk sandwich and molten custard piggy bun (so cute!)

Lots of tables and outlets, not crowded on a Friday afternoon. Good for work or studying!

My friend and I went earlier this week, as Cafe Aloe has been on my “want to go” list for many months. We ordered a bit of everything to split, including a cute matcha turtle bun with a mochi center. My favorite was probably the crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e egg tart, but it’s hard to choose—it was all delicious. Heads up: the molten custard piggy bun is not really splittable 😅

I actually walked over to another nearby cafe first and was disappointed by what was in the window, so I came here instead. The price of this sausage breakfast sandwich was a bit steep at $12, but it was worth EVERY penny. The sausage was flavorful, the cheese was flavorful and melted, and the eggs were fluffy and buttery. It was on a biscuit roll, which I am generally not a fan of, but this one was fantastic. My salted caramel mocha was not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. Overall, a fantastic choice for a quick breakfast.

We were looking for a quick breakfast and stumbled upon Cafe Aloe. The Piggy Bun was great. We’ll definitely be back.
