The coffee was served much hotter than necessary, and the cup quality was bad. Even with the sleeve, the cup was too hot to hold comfortably, making it difficult to carry. I eventually had to discard it because it wasn’t practical to walk with.

I didn’t try their coffee yet but wanted to take time to come here to shout out to one of the baristas (I didn’t catch her name). Went to buy a bottle of water when she mentioned the water I picked was sparkling (it wasn’t my intention). Also said, they had a free water station. I only wanted a cup of water. I was just being denied a cup of water at Starbucks next door after spending $$$ there over the years. This is a good reminder to try coffee from other brands than Starbucks!

Stopped by Caffe Vita inside Bellevue Square Mall. It is located on the first floor, right around the center area. There are a few seats nearby, not a full café seating setup but enough to take a break. Restrooms aren’t inside the café itself, and the closest mall restrooms require a short walk. Overall, it’s a good quick stop if you’re already shopping in the area, but not the kind of café you’d lounge at for long.

Their hot drinks are about 100 degrees hotter than they need to be. You need those forge tongs to handle them! They had no sugar for the drinks, and the employees seemed less than happy to be there.

The young lady behind the counter had a long line and still served me with a smile. I ordered a regular latte. The coffee itself is kinda bad but oh well. Paid about 6.50 for a medium size which is still a small cup.

Nice coffee shop but the lineups are huge! Hard to justify spending time in line with so many places around.
My first impression of this shop, it is perfectly located within the mall, too bad the service doesn’t match. I found the barista’s to be judge mental and rude. When shopping for anything in this location, if you do fit the criteria of looking manicured and pressed the service will be terrible, which it was. The coffee was terrible and not very hot. The fact they request a tip is pathetic, they are making a drink or handing you something to eat. If I would of gotten a little conversation, I might of tipped. Sadly, I will never visit this establishment again.
