I went during a very busy time (the day after Black Friday and right before Snowflake Lane)..and the girls were SO fast. My coffee was done in probably like 3-5 minutes. This is impressive to me because most coffee shops take twice as long even when no one is in line. Not to mention they were very nice, I was expecting awful service because it was rush hour. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because personally, Cafe Vita is not my favorite coffee ever (still very good though) and because this is in the middle of the mall so no place to sit. However, I do think this is the best place to get coffee in the mall!

What dump!!! No one in front, all the young kids hangout in back. Had to scream Hello you guys open? The guy said I'm opening for you... really. The line was 10 deep.

My first impression of this shop, it is perfectly located within the mall, too bad the service doesn’t match. I found the barista’s to be judge mental and rude. When shopping for anything in this location, if you do fit the criteria of looking manicured and pressed the service will be terrible, which it was. The coffee was terrible and not very hot. The fact they request a tip is pathetic, they are making a drink or handing you something to eat. If I would of gotten a little conversation, I might of tipped. Sadly, I will never visit this establishment again.

Great little local coffee shop. It is connected to a cafe with food from local sources. There coffee was great and they were very accomadating to our needs and wants. I tried a strawberry and cream cold brew and it wad weirdly great! Workers were funny and great to talk to. Would definetely reccomend for anyone in the Bellevue area.

This review is specifically for their tea..I felt like it was mediocre and overpriced. I think this was a seasonal apple-mint flavored tea or something but it was NOT refreshing at all, and there was no taste. Now, I'm not expecting anything crazy from here, I would just like to be able to say, hm..this drink is decent. I'm not sure about their coffees, but if when I do get to try their coffee..I'll update you.
Horrible rude customer service. I ordered a hot chocolate and as I took a couple of sips, found it to be super cold. I brought it back and politely mentioned that it was cold. The gentleman at the bar ( who I am told is the manager of the coffee place) - rudely snapped back at me shouting in front of his other co-worker that "you already drank half of it". I was taken aback and hurt by this treatment and asked for my refund. I don't want to ascribe motivations to the manager's behavior, but If one wants to be treated with respect, I would strongly recommend to avoid this place. I hope somebody from the management reaches out back to me!!

Today, i ordered a tea. I was sitting, and i tried to open the lid, because the tea was so hot and it was filled all the way up to the sipping rink. I tried to open it, it was so hard to open, i spilled it all over my thighs now it has 1st degree burn. Thanks alot
