Excellent food and service. BUT--the noise level is so high that it is difficult to communicate with eating partners. We will stick with the Seattle branch, which also has excellent food and an environment more conducive to social interaction.
Wanted to love it! Unfortunately it just didn't live up to what we have heard from others. Ordered 4 separate entrees and no one was particularly happy with their food. Very average food in comparison to several other Italian restaurants in Seattle with a much more authentic and affordable menu. Bummer as we were celebrating my dads 80th and really wanted something special and unique.
Excellent food as always. Very disappointed in the service. Usually it's a 10 out of 10 but tonight we felt forgotten. Arrived on time for 730 reservations and ordered everything by 745 and dinner didn't arrive until after 9 and our server was not attentive. In the end, he recognized it - we didn't say anything- and brought us a complimentary dessert. Not necessary and could have just checked on us once in awhile
