This is the third time I have eaten at Cascades and it was absolutely delicious. I ate the rib eye steak while my wife had the steak frites. My son's had the chicken strips and the club sandwich and everyone absolutely loved their food. It was a highlight of our vacation and Muhammad our server was by far the kindest and most friendly customer service we had our entire trip.

I had a very pleasant evening here with my family I wish I could remember the host's name I believe it was a Willard. A very polite person made sure our food was ready. We felt very welcome. I don't do five stars across the board much but this place deserves it. food was excellent the presentation of my food was on point. If his name is Willard give him a bonus. Take care of the chef 💯 will be there again

I realize this is a hotel bar/resturant so the expectations are for basic bar food and not fine dinning. Unfortunately, their the prices try to tell a different story. I ordered the fish and chips because it seemed simple enough. What I got was to small fingers that were overcooked for $30. I was very disappointed in what would cost half as much and be cooked properly at a fast food drive through. The staff was great, the food sub-standard and overpriced.

Be careful of this merchant for charging you extra. I was having a beer, then I round up to a bigger number in the total amount to pay original price + tips, then they use this new total amount as tips to add on top of the original price which is making me paying more than double.

The quality and taste of all food from the salad course, main course to dessert was outstanding. The flavor profiles of the braised short rib and truffle mashed potatoes was wonderful. The only reason for not giving 5 stars in this category was due to the small portion size. Perhaps this was due to it being a special priced menu for Seattle Restaurant Week, but when I make braised short ribs, a single short rib (boneless) would be around 4 ounces vs. the closer to 2 ounces that came to the table. The overall quality was so good though that my date and I were very satisfied and the amazing espresso crème brûlée filled the void.

The bartender Walid is amazing! So insightful so friendly & the drinks he can come up with are incredible! We enjoyed our time spent here. The Chef is top notch - the Hotel/restaurant is lucky to have the Chef and bartender they have here. Thanks so much!

Honestly the best experience I’ve had in years. I travel a lot for work and it was my first visit to Seattle. The staff was stellar! Friendly and very helpful! They guided me through their favorite dishes and even did a pairing for me for dessert! Extremely impressed and when it comes to food, it takes A LOT! Kudos!
Got two pizzas for 40 bucks deal. The pizza was awful, don't do the Friday and Saturday night special. NOT worth

Located in the Embassy Suites and a short drive from my hotel. The restaurant is spacious and clean. Mohamed my server was great and my meal came out pretty quick and I throughly enjoyed it. They also have a nice bar and some TV's to watch if you are eating alone.

This is your average hotel bar - maybe even a bit less than average as the menu lacks some bar food staples like Nachos. But what it lacks in standard fare is more than covered up by the fantastic service of Walid! He is the man!!
