Cascadia Pizza Restaurant and Brewery

First time going here and definitely has the best pepperoni I've ever had! This place rocks! I'd highly recommend to anyone they have very friendly customer service! Also was super impressed & awesome to see that the owner is involved and on site! Loved coming in to support our local firefighters/families. Also so impressed with the team that busted their butts today while still maintaining a positive attitude being slammed with back to back orders! Great job guys we'll definitely be back! You got us hooked!

New favorite pizza hands down. The crust, touched by natural wood smoke has a light crisp surrounding a pillowy and flavorful bread, the sauce, perfectly balanced salty, sweet, and the correct acidity. The cheese, melted beautifully floating atop the tomato base. The pepperoni, perfectly cupped to a crisp glistening with flavorful juices.

Excellent pizza. We loved the metropolitan style. The crust was perfect we’ll be back again.

We had reservations for a group of about 25 and I wasn't sure how it would go but it was super smooth! It didn't feel like we waited longer than normal for our food or anything. I was very impressed with the service.

I came in for the happy hour pizza but I'll be back! Very attentive service, delicious pizza that came out quickly, very clean bathrooms. TVs above the bar, but on mute, and music otherwise was agreeable and not too loud for conversation.

I was super excited to see a gluten free option on the menu but when I received my pizza it was cold and basically raw. Very little sauce and the veggies weren’t cooked. If you’re GF I would not recommend this restaurant.

The gnome like male bartender kicked me out at noon as I was trying to order. This was my 2nd and last time one.

I had ordered a sprite, the bacon jalapeño poppers and I asked if they had a coleslaw or Side salad he said no coleslaw and that they only had small sizes of the salads listed on the menu- I responded ok, yeah just a regular side salad. He made this seem impossible and asked me to leave after I insisted. I didn’t raise my voice or curse… what a joke.

Some of the best pizza I’ve tasted and the herb cheesy sticks are phenomenal! They also have an excellent selection of beers on tap and the huckleberry cider is delicious!
