If I could give a 0 star I would. I placed an order online through chowbus which clearly is under their pickup method option. When I get to the store to pick up my items they tell me they don’t do business with chowbus and tells me to cancel my order. Mind you it doesn’t give me an option to cancel my order would have to call them. Why do you have the option under the pickup method if you don’t do business with them anymore? Basically the guy didn’t even honor what I ordered because how was i supposed to know they don’t do business with them anymore when clearly you can order through them. What waste of my time I traveled all the way from federal way. Don’t waste your time, customer service is trash too.

I paid $13 for a matcha and hojicha latte which were BOTH the worst drinks I’ve had in a while.
They were 2 cups of milk with a tiny bit of powder added.
For THIRTEEN DOLLARS.

This is a great place! It would be even better if they had a second staff member; there was only one person working and while he did a fantastic job, it seemed like he could use an extra hand with the amount of people present.

I visited on Sunday and was helped by a very knowledgeable staff member. He provided excellent information about the products. I ordered the matcha frappe with boba, and the boba was delightfully soft while retaining its chewy texture. Although the price is on the higher side, the quality of the product makes it well worth it!!!!!!!!

Staff needs to be more attentive. Took about 15 minutes to make a “straight up” matcha drink which is just matcha and water. There was only one other customer being helped at that time. One worker seemed distracted by her friend who was visiting. Not worth almost $7. Will not be coming back.
Great treats and service! The two teen girls working Saturday afternoon were so helpful, explaining all the flavors to my elderly mother and letting her sample. Seeing their positive synergy put a smile on my face, reminds me of the old days when I worked at a restaurant with my friends. And the waffle melted in my mouth, just the right amount of crunch and moist, with the fresh fruit and decadent sauce ? Will be coming back!
When the store first opened, the soft serve ice cream and drinks were very good. The qualities in food and customer service have went down significantly, it doesn't taste the same anymore! Need improvement

Service was quick with ordering on tablets. The order was made quickly as well. The softserve has a good amount of matcha flavour without being over powering. The taiyaki was fresh and not too soggy.

I've been religiously drinking the matcha latte with strawberry foam here. Its soooo good im soooo addicted to it. i think its pretty pricey but with the taste... i think it totally worth it !!!!!!!!!!
