When it comes to chick fil a it’s pretty much what you expect. The problem really is the fact that they have 2 lanes for drive through but will almost exclusively keep one closed and would rather have traffic back up into the street.

I have been a faithful customer of this location since it opened many years ago. They have upheld the highest Chik-fil-a standards and always provided exceptional service.
However this changed recently. I stopped by to treat myself to a breakfast burrito only to find out that this location has become a drive through only. This is a problem because my work vehicle needs 14’ clearance. The restaurant that has been know to provide exceptional food to everyone now discriminates against over size vehicles.
I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. Do better Chick-fil-a.
Parking: This is a drive through only. There are no accomodations for vehicles that don’t fit through the drive through.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. 8pm on a Saturday and it took over 30 minutes of sitting in line to finally order. In the time I waited, I could have driven to the Kirkland location and already eaten my food.

New design allows cars through faster. Very nice order taker. My fries were disappointing, mushy. The lemonade was great, real lemons.
I ordered what I usually order; the grilled chicken wrap with fries and a half lemonade, half black iced tea. The grilled chicken wrap was wilted looking. The sandwich had obviously been cut in half a day or two ago and tasted like old lettuce. I completed the survey about my visit and never heard. Guess they don't care. Staff was friendly as usual
