I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations—including this Bellevue one—and usually have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately, that was not the case today.
I was passing through before an event and went through the drive-thru. They charged my card in line, but when I pulled up to the window, they asked for my card again—without any explanation. I was confused, and the staff said the system showed I still needed to pay. After more confusion, they finally explained it was because the card required a PIN, and they needed to run it again. I had to get out of my car just to make the payment work.
To make matters worse, I asked if I’d be double charged, and the employee told me to “just deal with it” if that happened. Not exactly the kind of customer service you expect from Chick-fil-A.
I figured I’d let it go… until I realized they got my order wrong. I had to park, walk back in, and then it took three employees to sort it out. After all of this, there was zero effort to make things right—no apology, no compensation, nothing.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

We find that the chicken nugget is a little bit too salty. We honestly prefer the chicken strip. But the chick fil-a special sauce is so impressive and tasty. We also ordered chicken noodle soup and it was surprisingly really good.

Crazy long line backlogged to the public road. And as if the lines were not long enough they stopped pickup orders so you can’t come just in time but have to wait.

When it comes to chick fil a it’s pretty much what you expect. The problem really is the fact that they have 2 lanes for drive through but will almost exclusively keep one closed and would rather have traffic back up into the street.
