I was quite disappointed after waiting in line for nearly 25 minutes and receiving my order. My order was correct, but I was missing all the sauces. I got none. I only realized after I drove home 15 minutes away and realized I had to eat my fries and nuggets with no sauce. The order was placed online, so there was no communication issue, just pure quality issue from this Chick-fil-A location staff.

My Drive thru line took over 30 minutes while the other line was moving smoothly. When I got to the employee to order, she seemed to be new and not know how to use the system. Please train your employees a bit more before throwing them out to manage the drive thru lanes on their own.
Ordered drive thru. My food was especially greasy and messy, like they somehow dropped my bag or shook it up before handing it to me.

I always enjoy my Chick fil A meal. Disappointed they changed the marinade and chicken for the grilled nuggets. Not a good flavor and chicken texture is off. Will not be ordering again.
Back to ordering the original Chick fil A sandwich with extra pickles.
