This is one of the Chipotles that still holds up, maybe because its in the city. Some other places have issues with dry rice and overcooked chicken but everything was great when i came here on Friday night.

Don't do mobile orders here. I placed a mobile order well before the lunch rush and there was no line but they told me it'd be an hour wait. They had me wait 20 min then changed their mind and let me go to the empty line. It just felt like a simple lack of care paired with bad systems. Also from my experience their serving sizes are way undersized if you do a mobile order. It's almost a $20 burrito these days and a massive decrease in size makes it feel even less worth it. Always tastes pretty consistent and good though.

I love their simple, relatively clean food, e.g. brown rice, beans, fajitas, chicken, guac and am writing this review to highlight the fast service at the 4th st Bellevue store. I usually go between 4 and 7.
I'm looking forward to the return of their seasonal chicken options. The carne asada is good too.
