Horrible location during lunch hour, no place to stand and super loud and calusterphobic. Food was just bad, stake was not fully cooked, guacamole without any taste. All you need is an experience like this to say, yea not going therr again.

Rude manager scammed us and public ally humiliated us in front of other customers by yelling at us and shaming us for wanting free guac then called us obese😢😢

The portion sizes are never consistant with to go orders. Im quite disappointed. I Even ordered extra everything and I got less then the last time I ordered when I did not ask for extra. It paid 17 for a burrito bowl that was half full. There was no extra chicken that i paid extra for and some of what I asked for was not there. :(

Terrible service. The store closes at 11 PM everyday. I went there at 7 PM on a weekday and the staff just started cleaning the area from where they typically serve food and mentioned that it will take them about 15-20 mins to be done and resume service! There were customers waiting on the line (frustrated of course) and the staff didn't care. This is the kind of cleaning that typically happens during the closing hours, but here it was happening 4 hours before the closing time. One of the staff said that if they start cleaning after 9 PM, then they will be reaching home very late and hence the reason for them to start cleaning at 7 !!

The dining room smelled moldy, so I got my food to go. Chips and guac for $5, but all chips were stale and chewy, not fresh and crisp. Couldn't even force myself to eat them even though i was hungry. The Fajita veggies were cold. The worst $20 for fast food I've ever spent. Went because it was so convenient to my hotel but I will never do that again. Stay away.

Service is fast. But I’ve never seen Chipotle workers act so rude to EACH OTHER. They were only mildly rude/impatient with me. Jeez, manager needs to step in because this is clearly a toxic work environment.
Probably won’t be going back to this location. I was scared to even wait until my app loaded for fear of being yelled at haha. That’s the vibe here, at least during lunch.
P.S. To be specific, young Hispanic girl says very rudely to white male working the 1st station “excuse me, excuse me, excuse me” while giving him a dirty look. White male is generally nice at first, but then bangs on my bowl impatiently when I misunderstood that it was my bowl he was working on, not my kids’. He then behaved rudely to whoever was next to him. Older Hispanic lady who is directly next to the tall young Hispanic man who worked the register is VERY rude and condescending to him. I almost felt bad for him and wanted to say “look for a new job young man”. He gave me a thumbs up when I was done.
Ironically it was the most junior person who was being treated like garbage IN FRONT OF ME who was the kindest. For the manager, I was there at around 12:30. The way your employees behave is a bad look to your regular customers, trust me. I’ve been going to Chipotle ever since they first opened in NYC. Never seen this.

Messy, cranky staff, and food not up to par. This is the second time I came here in a row with a bad experience. The rice is extremely over salted and whenever I ask for more of something they are rude and snappy with me. It’s not like it’s coming out of their paychecks to give me a little extra corn or cheese……….
