I have been coming to chipotle for over 15 years and have never been as rudely treated as I was treated here. I love chipotle, it is one of the only places my son and I eat out at. And I will never come to this location again. I asked to substitute my son’s shells in his kids meal for rice, the lady didn’t communicate with me. Just kept cooking shells even though I said I didn’t need them. I thought she didn’t understand, so I looked around to see if someone could help me. The manager came over and I asked if I could please get rice instead of shells. He was so rude- his tone and body language- I was informed that substitutions were not allowed- and I said oh I didn’t know I’ve been doing this for years and no one had ever told me- he said, well we won’t be doing that for you at this location and walked away. I understand rules. If this is a rule chipotle has I understand and respect that, but I would like to be treated kindly.

Today it was terrible, waited 25 minutes and was told that online service is a priority. It's a pity that they have become bad. They started well, but turned into an office with a low level of service, a non-working toilet and no priority for offline clients. Sort things out there, there's nowhere to even wash your hands. If the managers need photos, contact me. also the workers don't give a certain type of meat and say that it's only for online customers. Close this place if you can't handle real customers and sell only online 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I’ve never been so poorly treated and overcharged at any chipotle before. The manager charged me $.50 per taco shell when every other place I’ve ever visited you can get the side of taco shells for three of them for $.50. They also overcharged me in for a queso that was supposed to be 295 and they charge me nearly 5 dollars.I was wondering why this chipotle had such a low rating but even the parking and access overall is very challenging to get in and out of the store I wouldn’t return to this, even though I am a big fan of chipotle.

Extremely rude Asian worker with glasses yelled at us because we asked if they were open (the door was unlocked). We were very polite in asking, so this attitude was very off putting. Please train your workers to be more customer facing.

Serious consistency issues with portions.. 2 bowls with extra meat and guac is over $30 dollars and I will regularly receive 2 small bowls many of the times..Unacceptable. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s tiny. Not worth it.

Scarce quantity. I wanted to try it while dashing. The servers serve half empty bowls. So I had to avoid ordering.

Staff didn’t bother to fill up the trays and they’re all out more than an hour before closing. The cashier had an attitude and didn’t bother making eye contact. It’s one of the worst.

I ordered an online order, they forgot the beans, rice, and sour cream I had paid for… this is the second time this has happened. I wouldn’t put a review up but I never got what I paid for it’s so upsetting.

Don’t go on the weekdays at lunch time. One Hispanic lady gives out half portions. I used to go here everyday.

This is hands down the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I spent my money they for burnt beans and gross rice. They are slow too. The manager is super nice. I feel bad but he's managing a joke.

Absolutely horrible. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Waste of time and money. Save yourself a nasty meal and go literally anywhere else. Will never be back.

The music is so loud the workers can’t hear what you order and just start putting random things in your bowl then get mad that you say you didn’t want it. Then they give you attitude, seriously you guys what the heck get it together!
