This location was my spot for almost a year and I almost always had a positive experience here with the quality of the ? food ?. The people also really do make the team, and you could tell there were a lot of hard working employees at this particular location ?.My only request would be that the mgt could allow for a less sad looking tip jar. Maybe some decorations on the tip jar, or like glass, see-thru ones! Thank you for the ? food ?.

I’m a regular chipotle goer as they usually have very good quality control across all restaurants. This has been the worst one I’ve ever been to.The food was very salty, the service was poor. I asked for double protein and they gave a normal portion size. they were very stingy and I mentioned to the lady that they barely gave anything since I normally get double protein at other locations and she just replied no they gave me plenty.Terrible experience and feel ripped off. Never felt like this at chipotle lol The younger employees were helpful though.

Should have read the reviews before going here. I love Chipotle but at this location they short hand you on the food. We ordered a double protein, as it is normally a good value. Instead we got half of a normal serving. When asked for more, the lady gave us an irritated look and put half a scoop more. Paid $5 extra just to get a regular amount of meat ?

I come to chipotle 2-3 times a month and i love the food. when i come and the employee kassidy(older woman orange red hair)is working the whole experience is different. When she serves the food, she stares at us and throws out food around, today’s experience was so sad. I asked for salsa on the side which she threw at the cashier (younger ginger haired girl), her face instantly turned sad from the disrespect. She doesn’t deserve to work under these conditions, and we shouldn’t witness this ether. The food was great but my heart is sad, kinda ruined my dining experience

Food is inconsistent and they frequently add very little of an ingredient you requested. I literally got 5 pinto beans on my burrito bowl. Also the management needs to either staff more people or train better, everytime I go there the people behind the counter look sooooo stressed.

Staff on Sunday (3/17/2024), 4:30 - 5:00 pm were extremely rude. Clearly didn’t want to be here. Cashier (Kyle) was better, but the white lady and asian dude )with thick glasses) on the line were trash. Asian dude seems distracted by his boyfriend that was in front of the line, was annoyed by us going through the line as be was trying to talk to him and we wanted to ask questions about our order.

Food is always under served during lunch. $20 bowl ordered online has like 6 pieces of chicken. In person ordering is a bit better, however still the worst chipotle i’ve been to. Tired of going here. Staff never smile and often disrespect me. Night staff are nicer and give actual portions.

Great food like usual! Location is great! With extra seating outside for good weather!
The lines moves quickly. The lady assembling the bowls serves very small portions. All guests before and after me asked for extra rice and/or beans. Then she would serve the smallest scoop when you ask for more. Do the workers receive a bonus for saving food? It was a rude and annoying interaction to have. I set my bag of food on a table while I poured a drink from the fountain and came back 2 minutes later to find another worker spraying disinfectant around it to clean the table. She then handed me my bag and said sorry. She could have waited for a moment or cleaned another table. The service at this location is less than desirable.
