When I was ordering I told her normal amount of chicken and she proceeded to give a double portion and try’s to charge me double. I clearly looked her in the eye and normal amount like does it go through one ear and out the other.

I wonder what it is, it must be a chain restaurant that would be difficult to make tasteless. The rice wasn't cooked all that hard, the sauce I chose wasn't sprinkled at all, and the meat I chose wasn't added, the roasted paprika was mushy like jelly, I bought two tortillas, but they only gave me one tortilla that was hard and the end was cooked and tough to tear, and the vegetables were very refreshing, but did I read the menu correctly? I will never visit again, sorry but not sorry... it was the worst Chipotle ever.

Yo, check it—ordered my tacos on DoorDash from Chipotle and damn, they hit different! The portions were so crazy generous, they straight up made my day, no cap. Every bite was packed with flavor that had me feeling like I just scored a touchdown. Them other spots nearby ain’t even in the same league. I’m locked in on Chipotle from now on—five stars all day, baby!

Came in to order food and have an interview with Kyle and wow. DO NOT COME. Literally Kyle was super rude, blew me off, profiled me being a POC. Please be aware of this kind of environment and they skimp of the serving sizes. #YukeVibes #

Worst of all. I asked for Sofritas she gave me gauc. The female who served me did not understand anything nor did she talk or react to anything. She just made her own bowl. She didn’t put fajita veggies, cheese, lettuce even after asking three times. I asked the cashier to correct my bowl, he said sorry and didn’t bother.

I have had so many bad experiences recently at this chipotle I just had to leave a review.

Ordered from the app from this chipotle last weekend. One of our items came completely wrong, including wrong meat and no fajitas. Included a picture of the CORRECT sticker and just completely wrong ingredients? No chicken only carnitas. No sour cream and cheese (we added at home).

Then just told I went in and the last who helped me on the line didn’t say anything to me but then got an attitude when SHE started putting the wrong things on my tacos. I asked for two pinto and one black on my three tacos and when she started to out pinto on the third I corrected her so she put an ENTIRE spoon of wet sloppy black beans on one taco…

The carnitas and barbacoa were dry as if they’ve been sitting out to bake for the last two hours. How hard is it to mix up the meet to keep it moist? She didn’t say a single word to me when I asked her to make the tacos for here. Instead she squished them flat on the aluminum foil, shoving all the ingredients out of my taco?!

That’s not even how they packages up to go tacos! Instead they usually just put them upright next to each other.

Then I was charged for THREE INDIVIDUAL TACOS instead of a single order of three…which they’ve never done when I’ve mixed and matched my meats.

The chips tasted like they hadn’t changed their fryer oil in a month. I left the entire order at h th restaurant after eating one taco. What a waste of money.

I tried to submit an online complaint about my chipotle app order and never heard back besides a standard email. No refund, no future discounts. They just don’t care.

I can’t believe this is the service they’re providing from rude employees to dry inedible meat. I used to work there back in my 20s and still loved it. Until I came try his chipotle.

Would give 0 stars if they’d let me.
