Worst chipotle I’ve been to. They give me about 60% of what other chipotles give me. And the funny thing is this happens twice to me at only this chipotle. So here I am writing a review when I never write them. Are they preparing for a famine and giving rations? Or maybe the employees are too lazy to prep more food so they squeeze out more per order.

2 employees in the line for a bunch of people on the line, the manager sitting watching the people and eating, after that he use his phone and run away outside to do everything else but helping the employees on the line. Nice employees in the line but the manager need to do more also every time we came the tables are dirty.

The food was good but it was WILD walking into a place that had 2 different music playing hella loud. Was told “yeah the cook is listening to his own music, and then there’s the lobby music”
Just turn one off please. Stressful as heck tryin to order with that going on.

Okay I didn’t know they charge extra for queso $1.70 and I got very light spoon of queso in my chicken bowl like very little because I wanted to try it ,they charged me $1.70 for it but then I realized I paid full price of it and got it on side after I paid for it I got queso on side (small bowl) then they came back to me on my table asking me , you didn’t pay for your queso bowl so I ended up paying another $3.03 cents they robbed me around $5.00 and today I realized why people talk negative about chipotle on social media

Tortilla press was broken for regular order and even though the other one for online orders was working, the guy who was working there didn't let other employee to use it. I think the service could be frendlier, it's not like it takes an hour to warm up tortilla.
They had an attitude and when I asked for a double,that girl pretended not to know or understand what I meant!!! Stiffed me on the rice and then goes ahead to put 3 servings of beans,I had to stop her and when I requested for the beans to be taken out,she just looks at me and ignores me... They have very very bad attitude and it may be from the language barrier but the lady I talked to was speaking perfect English... This is the 3rd time this is happening to me,they had no problem understand the white gentleman infront of me... So I ask!!! Was this done because I am black??? I have never had a good experience here and I keep giving them chances and they still keep disappointing me!!! 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

It’s ridiculously hard to try to talk to someone about an order. The food and restaurant are fine, but trying to talk to someone at the restaurant was a frustrating waste of time!
