The drinks are decent but every time we go it’s dead and the music is awful (probably why it’s dead). The music sounds straight out of a 90’s infomercial. Highly recommend you step up your music game to make the place feel more hoppin’!

It's at the lower level in the W Bellevue hotel. Parking is available for the mall, or one can valet the car with the hotel.

Atmosphere, 5 stars. Food and service, extremely under par. Bartender was most likely drunk, had no knowledge, mumbled a lot, and was extremely awkward. When asked about the cocktails on the online menu, bartender “didn’t even know” what I was talking about and made me feel stupid. Apparently, I had to walk over 5 feet to the other side of the bar to talk to someone who knew the drink I was talking about. Gnocchi was grainy and under seasoned, crab toast was salty and crab was old and fishy. Extremely underwhelming.

We hosted a small gathering in the speakeasy section of Civility and Unrest. The service was good and the food was pretty good as well. Our bartender was great, we definitely did not have any complaints there. The vibes were vibing! Definitely recommend this spot for good food, drinks, and a nice place to have a conversation with friends or a partner.

The drinks were good but pricey for what they are. My main complaint is directed towards who appears to be the bar manager. He spent the entire time we were there nagging one of his staff members. This bar tender was doing a great job, moving quickly, making a delicious drinks and the manager would not lay off him for a single second. It was frustrating to see him treat his staff like that. The doorman was also rude.
We went on a Saturday afternoon / around 5ish and found a table for two very quickly. We ordered one drink each. Hot in Jalisco as I was in a mood for a spicy drink and other was for my friend Don’t fear the reaper which was recommended by the waiter. For the sides, it was Wagyu Steak Tartare again recommended by our waiter (uncooked, so be careful what you choose). Both the drinks and tartare were good. We were within the happy hour range but our waiter told happy hour was not on the weekends. Little disappointed with that. it did not say happy hour wasn’t applicable on weekends, otherwise service was good. The drink was good and so was the ambience. Since it wasn’t the peak hour, we did not see any crowd. The gratuity was 20% and was auto added to our bill. The waiter told the peak hour is at or after nine PM.
Parking: You can park in the Lincoln square mall parking garage which is free on weekends

Really cool vibe, great cocktails, good happy hour, and the loyalty program is awesome. Was nice when food was also on the happy hour, but the bacon cheeseburger is definitely still worth it at full price.

The food and drinks were good but pretty overpriced, especially with the automatic 20% surcharge. A lot of the good employees I had dealt with including our awesome bartender/ server have now left. Would be 4 stars without the hidden charge and more reasonable prices
