I ordered a Cod burger for pick up today, which was 14$, and paid an extra 2$ for a brioche bun. It was ready on time, and the lettuce and tomato on it were fresh and crispy. Unfortunately, those were the perks. The bun was literally flat like someone sat on it, which considering it's all I ordered, is baffling, and really disappointing since I paid 2$ extra for it. The cod itself was not only burnt/overcooked, but VERY obviously frozen, likely for a long time because it was so chewy I had to spit it out. I got about 4 bites in and couldn't stomach it. I paid over 18$ (I included a tip) and doubt I would ever return again after that. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

I love going here the food is so good and the staff is so nice! The lady working last night on October 20th named Naomi was so sweet and had the best customer service skills! Thank you Naomi for making our visit to cloud 9 a good one. I hope they give you a raise because you deserve it!

Edit as the owner bad mouthed me! (Go read the fullish attempt to make me feel better and you look more righteous. I hope you make loves) () Are new! Add of fine five stars just added the Bias photo So I'm a little sad the "ownership" They spruced up the inside a little bit but they did change some of the menu items and their Already excessive prices. They did change the shakes! Maybe I just never got the owner herself, maybe she's pinching pennies. Some of the other menu items used to be able to go in and get a Huckleberry shake and I mean their shakes are already super expensive 10$ they gave you about 300¥ worth of healthy ice cream. I'm not sure why the lady took Huckleberry shakes off of her menu especially when it it says on the menu here online that they have Huckleberry shakes but they don't.(They will FIX that) So I'm just going to let you guys know that the menu is not everything that it says it is. It's an older lady that owns it so I'm not trying to like dox her anything.(Maybe in the edit cause of her rudeness and the forcing me to smell that awful incense) I don't know if she'll change anything or not. She seems pretty set in her ways. She spent quite a bit of money with renovations, probably rebuying the place in the process I am sure that they're hurting with their poor human services. oh Had that smell of incense that i said above wasn't exactly pleasant when I walked in.(Double yuck) But that's kind of just my feel of it. I still feel like the food and the fries taste good. I hope they didn't mess up the burgers. I probably wouldn't have even made a (Slightly negative post if the owner wasn't. So like oh, don't you know? Cheap) I don't know. I felt very mistreated. The customers always right? I mean it's your internet website that says that you have milkshake so.
Parking: Several spots normally. The only time I ever see this place packed is after school on like a hot day. Might be kind of hard to find a spot but there's a lot of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: I feel like there was a ramp on the curb but it's definitely the curb is definitely old. Been awhile since anybody's done a new patches on stuff like that

Their kitchen filthy owner is greedy, they pay cash for people work there also charge taxes. Idk why here is so much positive but they use their oil 10000 times and their oil is black, their burger bun almost week old, lettuce pink color. Don’t waste your money here

25 bucks on a burger. Not even a meal?? It tasted decent, but certainly not 25 bucks worth. Should include fries and a soda at that price...

For the price the quality sucks. The mushroom burger was soggy, the zucchini had 7 coins of zucchini for $7 and just generally wasn't satisfying. They used to be really good but it was a miss today.

Burger is my favorite food. Cloud 9 Burgers provided their best burger and it was delicious. Also the service was A1. Top notch!!
For the price the quality sucks. The mushroom burger was soggy, the zucchini had 7 coins of zucchini for $7 and just generally wasn't satisfying. They used to be really good but it was a miss today.

Great food and selection! Everything was delicious and tasted like it just came off the grill. Will be back for more burgers and fries. Not the cheapest place but quality was great. Spent $35 for two burgers and one fries but not complaining as the food was great.
