The milk tea is fine. The topping amount is generous, but one thing that ticked me off was how the workers talked in another language Infront of me, (I knew Chinese) They were talking bad about me. Two, the boba was hard, it is 100% day old, since they don't get any business. NEVER GO THERE.

Ordered a Jasmine milk tea with tapioca. Unfortunately I received essentially unflavored milk (only the first sip had a slight hint of jasmine) with slightly undercooked tapioca. Unfortunate experience since I had heard good things~

The boba is hard and the topping gave so little. Terrible experience.
Really rude service. I guess it's our fault for coming in 4 minutes before closing, but I work at a boba shop myself and I never get upset, or at least visibly upset at people coming in close to closing. The girl working the front didn't even greet us, which is fine, but she was very rude taking our orders. It felt really uncomfortable and my sister and I were in shock over her attitude towards us. They also messed up one of our toppings and gave us lychee instead of boba.

They claimed they repeated the order to us, but there was no way to confirm whether it was done correctly. Unfortunately, the wrong drinks were prepared, and they refused to make any changes, leaving us with a poor experience.

Apart from having good tasting black tea, what I like about this place is the near perfect consistency. The tapioca pearls are cooked to the exact chewiness every time.
