Custom BD cake is tough as literally stone, was sitting in a fridge forever. This place is a trash.

Line is always long. Can tell the workers are over worked and understaffed. The chocolate ice cream was icy and could tell it was old. You would think an ice cream place would have the decency to serve good chocolate ice cream. Just go to the crossroads one… I’ve been going to the factoria one for over 10 years but as of recent, it is downfalling.

I don't normally leave reviews, so let that be a marker for how horrible experience was. My boyfriend and I came in, and immediately you are hit with the smell of marijuana. The young man who made my order (Dec. 14th, night shift) came out clearly high. He asked my order multiple times, and even after repeating myself thrice he only added one cookie dough piece and one nilla wafer to what was a large icecream. My boyfriends order, one of those premade icecreams, was missing almost all of the toppings it was supposed to come with. When I didn't think it could get any worse, the employee making my order picked up my icecream with his BARE HANDS to scoop it into my cup! I was BAFFLED. Very disappointing, as we come here for a treat at least once a month and have not had a bad experience up until this point. Unless you want dirty hands in your cup, stay away from this Cold Stone!

After obviously smoking a joint (came out reeking and made the place smell of weed) in the back room the young guy working night shift Dec 14th came out and made my girlfriends order had to ask multiple times what flavors she said, didn’t do half the toppings then using his bare hand no glove grabbed the icecream to put it in the cup

Ice cream, toppings, smashed together on the spot... whats not to like?

Updating review: Five stars for follow-up to make things right. I had a previously poor experience with an Oreo Birthday Cake Taco, and the management came back through to correct it by offering a replacement product. I got The Better Nutter Butter Signature Creation, and it was expertly crafted and generously portioned. The management and staff here really care about the customer, when you're willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, be kind, and communicate that you're not sure about the quality of something. They stand by their product, and the service I've gotten here has always been fantastic, even before my recent situation with the limited time offering taco.

Original review summary: I wanted to try the Oreo Birthday Taco, and the product I received at the Factoria location was substandard to nearby Cold Stone Locations that I purchased the product from on later dates.

The ice cream is fine, the chocotaco? Ugh had much potential but severely let me down 😖

Cold Stone never disappoints! The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor. So many fun mix-ins to choose from — every visit feels like a treat. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Very bad service, good ice cream, terrible service. I asked for one with cone one without, proceeds to do two cones then, I had to intervene and they just very rudely put the cone away and switched to a bowl. Didn’t say a thing.
