It's rare to find someone who's been so consistently excited about their business and their product. The owner/operator here has dished up ice cream twice for me, over the course of maybe six months. He remembered me during my second visit, or at least was so friendly and personable, I felt like an old friend. Not sure.He eagerly provides samples and genuinely wants your feedback. There are new flavors he's happy to grab from the back and get feedback on. He appreciates criticism and will take samples himself to try and identify what you're trying to describe. It's a fun experience, and feels exclusive getting access to new flavors. It also keeps the ice cream combos fresh.Cold Stone is always good, it's a high quality product. It's the service along with the product that sets this particular location apart.

This is my go to spot for a good late night dessert. Amazing service & friendly staff. My favorite is Lucille. She’s always so friendly & kind. Cold Stone needs to add one more menu item to Signature Creations: Just like Founders Favorite but change the nuts to yellow cake. Mmm! My favorite.

While the young lady making my milkshake was very kind, she couldn’t have created a worse monstrosity of a milkshake. The thickness can only be compared to poorly applied sunscreen running down your face on a hot day. Would not recommend ordering a milkshake from this location. I came in with very high hopes, and I left there feeling like a kid who let go of his birthday ballon and had to watch it fly into the atmosphere, a truly devastating feeling.

This Coldstone location is one of the best for customized cake requests! All the staff even though they may look young have always been very polite and accommodating with the best attitudes. I went to them with a special request for a Rocket League theme cake and the owner was super responsive. I was able to text him pictures with ideas/examples and the cake came out great! My son was thrilled. I added the cars myself.

Best vanilla shake I've ever had. But...they should disclose on the menu that it comes with caramel by default. This is something out of the ordinary that could be a little bit clearer for the customer.

Dear owner,I am very disappointed with your employee hygiene at your shop. I don't care if your employees have pretty colourful nails or not. When I came to buy ice cream from your store as I usually do I witnessed one of your employees with long nails without gloves scooping ice cream and with every scoop their long nails was digging into the ice cream tub and their nails were coming in contact with the ice cream. I lost my appetite.Please have your employees practice proper hygiene. The last thing I want is dirt from nails in my ice cream or shakes.You lost a loyal customer today.There are young children consuming ice cream from your store. Please I am begging you to get this fixed.I have had a couple of interactions with you. Absolutely used to love coming to your store to buy ice cream but never again. I am disappointed.Sincerely,A loyal customer you lost.

I had an Entertainment book coupon for 2 for $8, so my total would be $8+0.82tax = $8.82. However, she first overcharged me for a total of $10.50. When I told her that the amount is incorrect, she indicated that she will give me additional discount, but still overcharged my credit card for a total of $9.33. See attached photo of receipt.In addition, they give very little quantity of ice-cream, so I felt a bit cheated. Either tge employees are not properly trained or they are an unethical business. Either way, I don't plan to come again to this location.

Located inside the Crossroads Bellevue shopping center, this shop is yet another location of the ubiquitous ice cream shop that is known for customizable mix-ins added by hand over a cold working surface. We always get the same thing here, and try to use the generous birthday coupons that are sent yearly. It was busy on a Saturday night (it had been an absolutely gorgeous sunny day in Seattle...so people were in a great mood). Strangely, we were happy waiting in line...that's the way it was when Cold Stone first became national, sadly we've found that the Cold Stones that we visit only require one work at a time. This one had a lot more, and they were busy but efficient; the lines moved fast. This is one ice cream shop where the workers clearly are doing a lot of work (what would you call an ice cream barista?), and a tip is absolutely deserved.A live jazz band was playing the mall...first time eating ice cream while enjoying live music in a mall.
