Anhara took care of our every want or need. She’s awesome and will ask for her every time we go. Vickie & Carla are great too. Love the key lime pie!

Today we went for the 1st time to the Crab Pot in Bellevue, my lunch was good, waitress friendly, but… my spouse had the worse Seafood Louie ever, the chef explained the Salmon was a white fish King???, looked dry, fiber like, very smoky flavor, the Crab was 1/2 frozen, as was the shrimpThe new General Manager came to explain what he will be doing hopefully to improve the food there! On our way home to Issaquah my spouse started vomiting, had diarrhea once home, 1/2 hr drive home.. I hope they get this Seafood Salad corrected. I put a call in to speak to the manager, so far NO call back, we will Never eat at this Crab pot restaurant again!

This places is amazing, the view to the lake is really beautiful specially at sunset. The food is amazing and the portions are really big, I recommend going 2 or more, as the specialty is ordering the 6 pound dishes. Also, my advice is to have the house dessert, which is a rhubarb cake with ice cream that is amazing ?

The food was OK. The amount of food they serve is less than before. Meats inside of crabs were not filled. Maybe 70 percent? It was weird to see gratuity after taxes and taxes on gratuity again.I go pretty often, but I'm not sure I will go back again.

Sticky floors throughout the restaurant. Stood at the hostess station while employees finished their conversation before my party was acknowledged. Women’s Bathroom trash containers filled with dirty sanitary products sticking out. Over cooked Dungeness crab. Fries were soggy. You can tell they were cooked earlier and sitting around for an order. It was my daughter’s birthday but based on the bathroom, sticky floor and overall unkempt establishment, I passed on dinner. Simply lost my appetite guys. Very disappointing because I recently visited the location in Seattle and had a better experience, quality of food and cleanliness. Hope things get better, however will not recommend.Parking: Looks like construction is underway however placing signage to guide your guests to the front door would be helpful and safer.

My family and I recently went here for my bday dinner at 5:30 and the restaurant wasn't even a quarter full. We made reservations and they stuck us in a dark, cold corner with now view. We asked to change tables and was told no bc others had "reservations." When I mentioned we had reservations the front desk manager said we'd have to wait 40 to hour even though it was only 25% fullnon a Sat. Night. Then I asked for a pina colada and the waiters rudely said "we don't have that, just order from the menu!" Very disappointed bday!

Food was great as always except their sour dough was under cook, service was very spaced out, had to wait a bit longer then usual to order and then get our check.

This is not intended for groups. Without any advice on booking, the staff refused to do individuel billing. We were 12,nobody could pay entierely. So avoid this expensive and unfair restaurant with groups.

It was a nice meal. The crab cakes are thin strips of crab with filler- no chunks of crav unfortunately. The chicken strips were tender, tasted very good. The Westport crab bowl was full of mussels, shrimp, corn, sausage, potatoes, and crab. It tasted very good. Service was okay, our drinks were refilled twice.. They mainly left us alone- which is good & bad- depending on what you like.

They were closed due to a power outage. When my husband requested that we get a discount to potentially come again in the future since we made reservations and planned our entire dinner around going there without even getting a call it was closed, the waitresses laughed it off and replied “yeah and we should get tipped for not getting any tables” I understand they had to control over the power going out, but instead of retaining customers, they laughed off a valid request and lost our business for good. My husband was so excited to try the Crab Pot for the first time and now we won't be coming here ever.

The dinner waiter was just OK, didn't check in on us after the food was delivered. The food quality was good overall, loved the Caesar salad, drinks were weak. I was surprised how little corn and potato was in the mix spread on the table, those are cheap and there were so few of them. The service in the bar was much better after dinner.
