It is with much sadness that I write this. The French Bakery's Chocolate Almond Croissant has fallen on hard times, and I'm not sure it will ever recover. Back in the day, you didn't have to go searching in the Croissant's cavity for the almond paste. There was enough paste that it would often ooze out of the sides when I took a bite. They even rivaled the Chocolate Almond Croissants that we enjoyed in authentic French Bakeries. The Chocolate Almond Croissant I bought this morning had so little almond paste, I had to excavate the inside in order to confirm it was actually a Chocolate Almond Croissant. I understand the necessity of cost cutting. In today's environment, what used to fill two bags now only fills one. Businesses are in a no-win situation. Raise the price or cut the size and/or quality. I can only speak for myself. I'd rather pay a little more for a Chocolate Almond Croissant that has enough almond paste to confirm that it's actually a Chocolate Almond Croissant. Compromising quality is a slippery slope. You're paying the same price for an inferior version of the same product.

Crossroads Mall I have lived right across the street from you since middle school and high school and now that I'm an adult I still live next too you and as a Crossroads Mall you guys are very boring and not exciting to visit I remember all the times growing up I would go to your Mall it was not because me and my friends were having a great time the only reason that me and my friends went to your guys mall is because that was the only option that me and my friends could go to but we hate it entering every time we came to your Crossroads Mall we wished as young people that we had a better place to come to and hang out we were very disappointed and we wished your Crossroads Mall could be better inside for the young people who come and hang out there and also PS the live band that would come and play on the stage they were the worst band ever we did not like listening to them play if you think the young people enjoyed listening to the live band you are mistaken none of them did only people who did Love listening to your live band was the elderly people so PS my advice is you should ask a young person what things they would love to have in your guys Mall for fun and we would definitely give you our best honest opinion about it and you won't regretted for us to give you our opinion as a Crossroads Mall community

Nice little food court with several cuisine as option to chose. We often end up at the clod stone for a scoop.

Though some prominent stores down their shutters and footfall is comparatively low, but still good place for so.e shoppers and food. Different food attract lots of people.

We’re in the middle of a heatwave and you’re not letting people cool off in your mall. People that even spent money in your mall, you’re still kicking them out after x amount of time. You clearly have no heart. It’s 101 degrees out. Shame on you.

Lots of places to go here, I spent most of my time at Daiso for the first time, which is a cool store. I really liked the indoor food court. It is very diverse in cultural foods, like, Russian, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, and much, much more. Great place to stop to find everything you need/want.

Pretty interesting mall, with about equal amount accessible via a strip mall format and some stores in the main hub as a traditional indoor mall. The loss of Barnes and Noble a couple years ago stings, but Half Price Books is more than a suitable option. A lot of smaller merchants and hobby stores, and the Food Court has almost more restaurants than the mall has stores. The interior design is dated and it's losing stores, but it well maintained and is also home to a very nice theater and a QFC.As a side note, the Food Court here is marvelous and has almost more restaurants than the mall itself has interior stores.

This place is more of a food court than anything these days. You'll find largely Indian, Thai, Mexican, and bakery food. There is a half price books, joann fabrics, qfc, library attached along with some other minor stores for the main building. Otherwise you'll be wandering outside from building to building for Michael's, Starbucks, dollar store, etc.Kid friendly, plenty to see but aside from the bookstore there isn't much novel or unique shopping to be done. This is a solid place for life supplies, lunch food and a general outing

Not crowded. Most people still wearing masks. No cleaning between customers.

The selection of restaurants was awesome ? great location. Didn't even know this was here and happened to stumble upon it when I was at qfc. I'll be back.

Had my standard: Pain au chocolat, aka Chocolate Croissant. Large-sized and large-prized. Chewy rather than flaky. Heavy rather than airy. Won't get again here.

Very good mall. Super food court. The Hallmark store is the best. The staff is so friendly and the manager is great. I love this store. Great selection of ornaments, gifts and cards.

Since our sons rock climb at the Stone Gardens Climbing Gym in this area, we decided to try the French Bakery. We typically go to Bakery Nouveau but this was an excellent change. I got slices of the Mille Feuille and the Pear Almond Tart, a raspberry shortbread and a raspberry croissant, a nutella croissant and a twice baked almond croissant. I paid about $28 for all of that which is reasonable. All of the pastries and desserts were so good! I really like that they offer many different types of croissant. Our favorite was the pear almond tart. Not too sweet and the pear soft enough to cut into pieces with a fork. Due to the pandemic, we took our pastries to go. People were sitting in the bakery maskless to eat and drink but we don't feel safe doing so.

Live music and numerous cuisine options. Perfect Friday Night getaway on budget.

I've gone here several times whenever I'm in the crossroads area, and it remains my favorite place in the mall for food. Burgers are very good, meat is pretty juicy and the fries are very crisp. I really like the esthetic of the old corner café with the tiles, definitely a safe option at the mall.
