The experience is terrible here. We ordered Dubai chocolate3 days in advance and when we show up at the store they just tell us there’s no more Dubai chocolate without even an apology. We drive all the way from north side here. You could have given a call or cancel the order if the item is unavailable

Poor quality control. I’ve heard this Dubai brownie frenzy has been stressful for stores, but on day two at opening I was served an undercooked sloppy brownie. It was in a paper baking tray so I didn’t know it wasn’t cooked correctly until I got it home and tried to cut it. Bummer, I was looking forward to sharing this but not trying to eat raw brownie batter. Customer service is refunding it but it’s super disappointing when the dessert is now sold out and I came early in the week to try it before that happened.

The cookies were good however terrible service the person working threw the box of cookies in my direction aggressively and some were raw to undercooked wouldn’t recommend going to this location other locations are better.

I finally caved and tried Crumbl Cookies, and I can definitely see why they're so popular. I picked up a 4-pack to try a few of their weekly flavors, including the classic Milk Chocolate Chip, a Lemon Cheesecake cookie, and two others I can't even remember the names of now! The first thing that hits you is the size. These things are massive and definitely meant to be shared (or eaten over a couple of sittings!). The texture is their standout feature—they're incredibly soft and chewy, almost like they're slightly underbaked in the center, which I personally loved. My favorite of the bunch was surprisingly the Lemon Cheesecake. The cookie base was a solid sugar cookie, but the tangy lemon frosting and the crumble topping really made it pop. It was a nice break from the ultra-sweet flavors. Speaking of which, the classic Milk Chocolate Chip was good, but it was just so overwhelmingly sweet. The chocolate was a bit much for me, and after a few bites, I was done.
