Great atmosphere and really good food.
The employees are always friendly, even when I just order takeout. The food is consistently phenomenal! I hope they continue to maintain this level of quality—I’ll keep coming back again and again.
As someone who has low spice tolerance the spicy food were not very good but my parents thought they tasted good. The duck was okay but not my personal favorite. I really liked the sweet and sour pork though. I strongly suggest the sweet and sour pork for people with a low spice tolerance and likes tomatoes (kinda taste like tomatoes)
Great Chinese food, recommend+++
Dan Gui Szechuan restaurant was the best that I've ever had! Sweet and spicy dishes overloaded on the plates! The staff was very kind and the food was excellent!

There are two dishes that I believe are the highlights of the restaurant. Compared to other establishments, Dan Gui offers a unique and distinctive flavor that sets it apart.
1. Their Chongqing Grilled Fish is undoubtedly one of their signature dishes. The crispy skin and tender, juicy interior perfectly absorb the rich and bold flavors of Sichuan spices. The dish strikes a harmonious balance between spiciness and numbing heat, delivering a captivating aroma in every bite. Paired with an abundance of side ingredients, it adds layers of complexity, making it an unmissable centerpiece for any table—perfect for sharing with family and friends.
2. Another must-try is the Zhangcha Duck, a dish that seamlessly combines the smoky fragrance of camphor wood and tea with the tender, succulent duck meat. The crispy skin and juicy texture offer an unforgettable dining experience, perfectly showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship of traditional Sichuan cuisine. Each bite is deeply satisfying and leaves you wanting more.
I hope you enjoy these dishes as much as I do.

Restaurantji Recommends
The grilled fish I ordered didn't have the fish scales removed, and the fish was still fishy. It felt like it didn't take customers seriously. I'm a repeat customer, so I don't know why I didn't cook it properly. I have to be serious even when I'm busy.
The waitress was discriminating customers. We waited in the line for 10 mins and not offered a waiting seat, however she was pleasing the customers behind us and offered seats for them.

The food was delicious as always. Highly recommend fried shrimp with pineapple and boiling fish.
The order all came rather quickly and the waiters were quick to attend to any requests.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times because the food is usually excellent. However, I was extremely disappointed and concerned when I found a rusted steel string in my spicy beef dish yesterday. Not only was this unpleasant, but it could have posed a serious health risk if ingested or if it had caused injury. This level of carelessness from the kitchen is unacceptable, and I hope the restaurant takes immediate steps to address food safety and ensure something like this never happens again.
Absolutely love everything I have eaten here. Staff has been very helpful. Will definitely be eating here more and trying different dishes. Highly recommend this place
