Most reasonably priced arcade. You and your kids will always walk out with cool prizes, none of that random junk. Come Wednesday for half off arcade games. All UFC fights and sport games are on the bar tvs.

Bar service is not the best. Takes forever to get anything.

PROs:
- great food
- diverse drink selection
- constantly updates games- (at least one new game every time I’ve visited and they just finished construction which expanded the gaming area. I’ve gone here multiple times and I’ve never had a problem with one of the games - never seen or had a problem with a game being out of service or needing to be fixed)
- excellent modern dining area
- offers value deals
- friendly staff
CONs:
- Poor maintenance of bathrooms- not all the facets work, some soap dispensers are usually out, could be cleaner in general but not horrible - the rest of the facility is very clean.

Tips:
If you’re in the bar look or ask for Dan. He gets the orders out quickly and offers the best service.
Look into the value deals- they can save you a lot of money.

Waited around 30 min for some French fries, when asked why was taking so long they just gave me a bad look and they somehow even got my order wrong and brought me smash potatoes… but overall it’s a fun place to bring your kids for the arcade games.

This location really decided leas staff is better to the point where not even the front desk is staffed ok a Saturday night so if you have a problem (which is not unlikely) you have to go hunting for an employee to ask for help. The low staffing was annoying but at least some of the games were fun.

Clean, great service, and the food was on point.

One of the smaller D&Bs that I have visited, but still fun. My biggest complaint is around how many children there were running around, even in the evening (after 8pm). You could not escape them. It felt like I was an adult at Chucke cheese. I was playing one game and a while was so close to the back of me that I could feel him breathing on me. It was weird. This was my first time at this particular location, but I have been to many others and the vibe is usually more in the 16+ group with a couple small children thrown in. So many children takes away from the “adult” arcade premise that it was built on. I won’t be back. 4 stars because this was my only complaint. Everything else was what I’d expect.

Fun location for multingenerational birthday party. Food was good. Service was ok. Floor was so sticky that my shoe was pulled off while walking. Mentioned it to staff and they said yeah sorry about that but made no effort to clean it.

Uhh it's was okay. Service could have been better. Sat down waited a while to be acknowledged. Had to ask for water that took a while to get. Food was okay.

We had a reservation made over a month in advance after communicating with planners on whether to do a private party event or just reserve on open table. We did the latter for more food flexibility. We got there and I think there was an overbook or some miscommunication then there was an issue where they mixed us up with a later party which they seated first. We waited ~1 hours to get seated after some back and forth. We got seated and it took a while to get our food. I know they are busy but those of us with burgers didn't get our dish until after everyone finished their appetizers, meals, and drinks. I know the waitress did her best so I am not putting the blame on them but I'm telling it how it is. We didn't get to play games until 2+ hours after our reservation started. Also note that for happy hour, it's just limited to five listed drinks. Not a bad deal but just a fyi.

Great venue for 12 yr old boy party. Good food, great games. I was a hit. Boys had a blast. Servers and staff were wonderful even though it was super busy.

Our server is was excellent! Food was a little overly greasy, fried pickles were in a puddle of oil. But otherwise edible. We had a fun time. Would come again

We are there almost every week, daddy/daughter night with a couple friend dads and their daughters also. Food is consistently good. I am approaching 500k in tickets. Should probably spend some.

I'm not the type to write or put the time to write negative reviews. Although this experience shared the night of my son and mother in laws birthday, was unfortunately bad service and time managing. We got seated and more than 15-20 mins we've been waiting for someone to serve our drinks and take our order. Multiple employees/ staff constantly passing by our table with no acknowledgement. It's sad that we've been coming here for quite some time now and this is the second time this happened although the first time we just left on our own behalf. And the audacity to put an automatic tip on there for 34$ is crazy. I'd tip always but not for the lack of service provided.( I tipped anyways, just to put that in there , as I was a server myself ) thanks to the manager for helping us do the adjustments and having understandings towards our concerns. Hurts to say my family an I decided to eliminate this place for our out goings. Respectfully.

Manny was my server and he was very helpful and professional. Definitely will come back and ask for him. Managers came to reassure if I was ok and that was appropriated
