A great place to have fun with the family or friends. Fun games and a range of entertainment. The new app and abilities to transfer 'chips' aka game tokens, makes keeping kids focused is much easier ? My only gripe would be it's not cheap if you are taking a family to play, and if your kids are anything like mine, those tokens go fast!

Sitting at the bar and nobody came to take drinks or food. Actually had the bartender walk by me multiple times and not make eye contact, or ackowledge my presence when I raised my hand. Idk if it was just a terrible day for her, or if I was seated in the wrong position and nobody told me. But unprofessional and off-putting. In the end it saved me money because I just walked out.

Little noisy for me and really dark i have sensory issues so thats the only reason its a 3. Went here for my bday for the first time definilty recommend over round one or chuck e cheese. I just felt like there was more to play and it was way easier to get prizes. Food was pretty good <3 Manager and staff were incredibly nice and welcoming not standoffish like other places I've been. 10/10 would go again.~

I came here with my girlfriend and just trying to load my card was a problem. They have 2 machines up front and no one at the front desk. The machine on the left, unbeknownst to us was malfunctioning and so we had my card replaced because of it. The next issue we occurred was at the bar. We went for dinner not just the games. After taking our card a little before we finished eating, we told the waitress we were ready for the check, we sat there for 30 minutes waiting to get our card back. My girlfriend confronts the waitress and was told "oh I'm sorry, I thought someone else already gave it back to you." Then we proceeded to sit there for another 20-30 minutes before we actually got the card back and could go play games. An hour of our short time together waisted by the waiting staff. I understand being busy, if a table you've waited on and taken payment from is still sitting at the table and periodically looking at the staff at the bar maybe you should check on them not wait for them to approach you. Ya know, customer service? The place just really seemed understaffed and for the staff that was there...... Well let's say competency was questionable.
I had never been to a Dave & Buster's before so if you're like me it's worth noting that it's big inside and a bit on the loud side. Normally I would be a little freaked out in a situation like that but our hostess, Waverly was her name, if I remember correctly, made the whole experience easy for us explaining how the arcade works and so on. She then checked in on us throughout the night to make sure everything was going well.She and our server definitely made this a fun experience for our entire party.

It's nice and clean which is great for a dine in arcade. Lots of fun games! Both arcade and carnival types of games. Great for ten and up. Game accessibility and use is kind of limited for children younger than that.
Went here with friends and we enjoyed the bar and arcade. The drinks were ok and the food was decent.

Went here in a Saturday around noonish and headed to the bar to eat. There was 1 bartender and 1 waitress so it took awhile for everything. 10-15 minutes for drinks and then 40 minutes for our food. When it came out it was cold and another 10 minutes to let the waitress know. The manager didn’t even have the balls to talk to us and made the waitress comp everything. The drinks were overpriced and we watched multiple people wait for 10-15 minutes to get acknowledged at the bar or tables. I’ve been to a lot of Dave and busters and I understand it was a weird time but the lack of management is just weird.
