I found the dim sum at Dim Sum Factory to be overpriced and not very memorable. The flavors were pretty standard and nothing really stood out. The atmosphere and service were fine, but overall it did not feel worth the cost. I probably would not go out of my way to come back.

It’s over priced for the level of food. The vegetarian dim sum is not good and was not eaten, the rest was decent .. the waiter refused to take off the check or to replace it with different vegetarian dish from the menu. Music is too loud! I will not go to this restaurant again.

We enjoy the convenience of scanning the barcode and submitting orders ASAP. There is a little bit of waiting time to get served, but that is understandable. Food portions are adequate and we always feel satisfied with two or three different meals. We tried the mini footballs and the sesame balls and both were super tasty. We have gone at least 3 times and food has been well cooked and well portioned. We'll keep coming back.
