Came here few times for AYCE with my friends and family. Food was great , specially the shrimp dumpling. The normal restaurant costs around $8 for 4 pieces. Right now you pay $23.88 you can eat as much as you want. Servers are polite and friendly. I don’t understand why people have so many complaints about the food . $23.88, I think it’s the cheapest dim sum AYCE in the city.

Food used to be comparable to the China Town downtown Seattle but this time dumplings were not hot enough. Something mush be wrong.Vegetarian options: There isn't a good number of vegetarian selection here.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the fried rice, fried noodles, buns and some dim sum servings.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.

The food is wonderful. Go earlier, like before 8 pm or they run out of food. It's so nice to find dimsum on the Eastside that doesn't end at noon, like most Dimsum restaurants. The food is great but the service was not very good. Maybe they were short staffed, maybe they're used to automation with their one robot delivering all the orders. But I was left bewildered by the lack of person to person direct service. There's almost none. Also, the menus aren't necessarily up to date. Ours was a couple years old and the prices weren't accurate.Overall, I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere but next time, I'll go much earlier in the the day.Parking: Plenty of parking. Handicap parking available. It's located by the old Walmart in Factoria.Parking is easy peasy.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment. Great for a family outing.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible with entrances both outside and inside Factoria Mall.

They AUTO TIP themselves. We came in to try this place for the first time. The food was very salty and I disliked how the portions were too large for a party of 5 people. Usually Dim Sum is tiny plates but these were very large, double portions. The downside of large portions is you don’t get as much variety as if you went somewhere with the usual size small plates. Lastly when we got the bill, the waiters penned in the tip themselves on our credit card receipt! Like really? Who does that?

The service staff was very unfriendly and spoke rudely, even ordering the guests. I don't know what I did wrong. They seem to be very unfriendly to Chinese

I went there and food was good. But I don’t understand server’s service cuz as soon as we got there the server brought tea already and she asked “tea is okˀ̣” and we said “ok”Well, how many ppl think that it’s going to chargeˀ̣ when I got receipt there’s 2 tea charged and I asked what is it and she said they charged 1 tea for per person. Wow did we get 1 pot per person? we shared..if they saying it’s per person price then is tea is all you can eat? and she told me there’s on the menu so she charged. I mean when we order we didn’t order tea and literally you brought the tea before we asked. You should have told us that it’s going to charge

It has been a while since my previous visit. Still as good and authentic as before!Kid-friendliness: There are setups nearby (but still inside the mall) that are good for preschoolers.

Pork dumplings are very good. A few items I ordered, I will not get again. Noodles not impressive, but the broth was ok. Spent 65 for 4 people / 5 dishes to share. 3.5
Both the men's and women's room in this restaurant were out of soap for our whole visit. Alerting the staff didn't get the soap refilled. If I can't wash my hands after using the bathroom that means the people handling the food can't either. Disgusting.
