So sad. I drove across town for BBQ. I've been coming here for 15 years. The man and daughter in front of me have been waiting 40 minutes with six people in front of them. I stood in line for 15 minutes and she hadn't finished serving one meal. They need more help in here or let us serve ourselves the barbecue smelled lovely but I left without eating any. So sad.

Overpriced food, underwhelming experience and terrible marketing. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I recommend the beef brisket, corn bread, and lemon cake.

Ordered a "sampler" to go. Service was swift and helpful. Took my pork ribs, brisket and beans home and dug in. Didn't seem like any of this meat spent much, if any, time in BBQ smoke - more like boiled or braised (previously frozen?) meat with dollops of "sauce" on it. Far from BBQ. Beans had a cinnamony, vinegar flavor which was kind of interesting. However, the overall BBQ experience was a disappointment. Really rooting for Dixie's - want to see them bounce back to the Dixie's from back in the day.

The man hot sauce is the real deal. The beef brisket was not. Sadly just tasted like a poorly cooked roast. No smoke flavor and very dry. Beans and rice were decent as a side. I hope they can turn things around.

Not bbq....its cooked in an oven like boiled meat. Dry meat with nasty bbq sauce tasted like katchup and service was slow. Worsted bbq I've ever eaten and I through most of it in the trash#still hungry

The sauce tasted like ketchup, and the bread got so wet it turned into goo. I couldn't eat more than a few bites. I think this was the worst BBQ I've ever had and I have no idea how there are higher reviews. I've made better "BBQ" pork in my crockpot.

Dixie's BBQ is one of the best BBQ places left in America let alone the Pacific Northwest. The down home family atmosphere is a welcome change from the "take a number" fast food chains we all deal with on a day to day.

Expect to wait but it is worth it. Very authentic and you will not leave hungry.

What a great bbq joint, beef brisket was deliciously seasoned. I will have to try their hot sauce next time #theman
