Dixie's BBQ is one of the best BBQ places left in America let alone the Pacific Northwest. The down home family atmosphere is a welcome change from the "take a number" fast food chains we all deal with on a day to day.

"The Man" hot sauce, carefully served out of a well used small pot, is a sublime experience of pure heat that has taken nothing away from my flavorful (combo) sandwiches over the years. I can hardly wait to come back to WA & Dixie's for the food and a replacement 'I met the Man' bumper sticker.
