I have been going to the Crossroads East Shopping Center for my Domino’s orders for 7 years, but this time, I wanted to support this location. I ordered two medium pan pizzas from Domino’s, and while everything looked right—the toppings were correct, and it was cut properly—I was quite disappointed with the taste. The pizza lacked the seasoning that Domino’s is known for, making it feel bland and underwhelming.
I had been unwell for a few days, and after recovering, I was really looking forward to enjoying a good pizza. On top of that, I had been fasting, so I was especially hungry . However, it just didn’t taste right. At first, I thought it might be just me, but even before I mentioned anything, my parents also felt the same way. It was like eating bread with sauce, cheese—but without any of the expected seasoning, salt, or flavor. It tasted more like plain cheese bread rather than a well-seasoned pizza.
It was quite disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to it. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but it definitely didn’t meet expectations.

Food is good & value is exceptional, especially when coupons are used. Get coupons in the app or in the mail. 3 for service because of issues reporting food as done in the app when it's not actually done in reality. This is a known & pervasive issue across Domino's franchises and is not limited to this location, but it needs to be rectified.

Ordered a small pizza, Buffalo hot wings, and a coke. The pizza was very good, the crust was very flavorful. The chicken wings however were absolutely disgusting. The breading was SO gooey and undercooked. The chicken was cooked fine but the breading absolutely ruined it, couldn't make myself eat more than 3 before I tossed the rest. A waste of $11. My recommendation would be to just stick with the pizza.

Online order two medium pizzas:
1. Beef w/ jalapeños ( pan crust) 2. Beef w/ jalapeños ( thin crust) There was barely any jalapeños or beef or the thin crust it was embarrassingly empty pizza!
Hopefully this was a one off type of thing! I’d give them another chance I was pretty upset tho!

What is in this photo? Buffalo wings. Or at least what Domino's thinks buffalo wings are. Tiny nuggets glued together with an obscene amount of cheese into... this abomination. At first I thought they gave me the wrong order! This looks NOTHING like what is advertised on their website. I'm done with Domino's after this. Sad because their pizzas are good.

THEY WANT $8.99 FOR A DELIVERY CHARGE ON A $2 ORDER (they owed me a free pizza due to a mistake they made).
That is INSANE. The delivery is 4 blocks away. NINE DOLLARS.
Never ever again. This store is insane. Shame on you. Your drivers take multiple orders in one run (I know, I used to deliver) and you charge $9 for EACH order in that run. What a scam.
