My partner and I have ordered delivery from this dominos location twice and paid the dollar per sauce only for the sauces not to be delivered with our order. Once I can understand, but twice? I feel a bit swindled.

My Review is in regards to 2 employees. Employee #1 Brandon was awesome, polite, patient, super helpful. I just got off work I was soaked from pressure washing the bank of America 2 blocks down the road. I wanted to order the mix and match for $7.99 but thst is an online deal. My phone had died an couldn't order online. Brandon went to the back and gave me is charger even though he was off and going home. He asked me to return it to the person who took over for him. Employee number 2 told me sorry about your luck you have order online, and walked away. That is when Brandon stepped in and saved the day 🥳🙏 He could of easily ignore my unlucky situation especially since he was on is way out the door. Not only am I getting the deal but I will have my phone on my 90 min. commute home

I couldn't even get through to order!!! I tried 3 methods tonight: online (it would not continue through checkout), called (went to an AI system and I couldn't even customize my order). I called back and after working around AI, I got a live person, but he mumbled and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I was about to dump a large order. They got zero tonight.

I got some food today and was disappointed the food taste super dry and old even the chicken had an odd taste I didn’t want to call back and say the whole order was dry and the chicken taste old like excuse me smh
Went to website to order but was too confusing. Called in person and got an AI person who could not be communicated with effectively. So, gave up on Dominos. Can never have their pizza going forward I guess. 👎🏻

I will never forget when they delivered a pizza to my home and threw the product at the door when they saw that I didn't tip additional money on a Paypal order. The people who drive for this store are unprofessional. It's not my problem that you don't like when customers won't subsidize your pay. Your job should be doing that and taking care of you better.
