often out of ingredients, a lot of menu items cant be customized with no sugar, drinks are made inconsistently and dont taste very good.

What did I like?
You can definitely feel the green tea. The boba is really chewy and soft. The foam is really light and balanced salty.
What could be better? Maybe a slightly stronger jasmine flavor. You can taste it, but it’s mild. But I guess, that also works for a lot of people
Boba was.. meh. It should’ve been cooked a little less, the pearl was all mushy.

They are always experiencing supply issues and are frequently unable to make drinks on their menu for weeks at a time.
My favourite bubble tea place in Bellevue downtown! The rose tea jelly is so delicious. Very convenient location for commuters, and close to lots of corporate offices.

The drinks are decent and especially their cheese foam is rich and creamy and more on saltier side. One more bubble tea store in the neighborhood. You’re not missing out on anything.
Forgot my cheese foam, didn’t offer me a new drink and gave me a side of it anyways. Not sure why as now I had to dump some of my drink to make room for the cheese foam and the drink is just not good. Super sad as I love the totem lake location so I’ll most likely continue to frequent that one instead.. oh well

Love this place, custard tarts are my favorite. However, it was very upsetting to find out after a long line that they don’t make matcha lattes, only matcha smoothie. I asked if it’s possible to simply not blend it with the ice and they said no. I think it would be the easiest adjustment to bring in matcha latte that would make this place just perfect.
