Great place to study and their panna cotta is delicious. Their turkey and havarti sandwich is good too, have mixed feelings about the chai. Most staff is nice, but one Asian lady won’t have good service unless you look put together(casual vs. formal wear experience on multiple occasions).

the other two have relatively non-existant parking in such that you either have to be a microsoft employee or you have to live in the complex the spring district one is at as they don't have any parking other than street parking which is always full (usually also with people who never park straight either).
