Pathetic service from dough zone. Unfortunate to not have negative ratings. We booked a table in waitlist and it suggested a waitlist of 10mins. But we weren’t provided with any table even after 30mins of Walt time. We almost waited upto 15 mins before closing time 9.00pm and still the management didn’t care to inform us that the restaurant would be closed. We had to leave the place without any option.

Super friendly staff and super tasty food for and not as expensive as the fancy restaurants

Horrible customer service. First time in my restaurant history I was ever told: "you are ordering too much, it is just you dining, can you cancel some dishes?" To what I wanted just to say:"non of your business how much I want to order to eat." But then I explained I also ordering for my husband, but why in the hell I have to explain myself why am I ordering a lot?! Isn't it good for you, that the bill will be bigger meaning tips bigger??? Please educate your wait stuff not to put their noise to customers' appetite! But dumplings are great! I will be back but not for dining for sure!

This has to be one of my new, all time favorite restaurants when I travel to Seattle. We went here for a team dinner and I still fantasize about the meal I had. The staff were warm and friendly. They would have been helpful with the menu had the majority of our table been Dough Zone veterans.

We chose to eat here after being disappointed the last few times we ate at DTF but we really wanted soup dumplings! I joined the online waitlist & had no delay in getting a table. Our temperature was checked upon arrival and tables had people seated with proper social distancing. Staff wore masks and gloves and were extremely pleasant & efficient. We ordered 5 spice braised beef (FYI it is served cold, and is delicious) xiao long bao, pan fried pork/shrimp dumplings, wontons in chicken broth, A. Choy w/ sesame dressing, sweet & sour cucumbers, scallion pancake, and sweet red bean bao. I would highly recommend all of these choices. The red bean bao is the only item i may not order again, the beans were a bit too al dente for me and not quite as sweet as I would have liked. Also, they ask you if you would like soy, vinegar, ginger, & chili oil and then bring it in individual dishes, so it was great to know they weren't just sitting on the table being touched by everyone. The passion green tea was excellent as well. We will definitely be back!

My 3 yo said "ants!", pointing to her desert plate. Those were three little cockroaches!!! I used to love their food, the food was still good today, but I don't think I will feel safe with their food anymore. This was for the Crossroads Bellevue location.

Some dish remains high standard like their dumplings. Yet my daughter order a beef noodle with soup which disappointed her

Best dumpling place on the east side. The vegetarian options are way better than DTF.

My first time here with a friend and I love it here! They do get a little busy probably because they're quite popular! I ordered their dumplings, their mao la noodles--I hope I spelled it right! I also got their milk tea which is so good!! It reminds me of boba tea, and *if you like Thai ice tea you'll love the tea drink! I plan to come back here again, service was good and fast, and food was delicious! Their menu is a bit small compared to Din Tai Fung and third price is a bit less too, I will come back!!!Edit: *changed word I'd to if

I haven't been to dough zone for quite a while. But it really shocked me today with their vastly deteriorated Xiao long bao quality. They used to have perfectly made Xiao long bao with handmade wrap. It can rival any other restaurants in north America. But now? Are you kidding? The Xiao long bao is no longer hand made. It is 100% machine made wrap with ugly machine made look and bad taste. If I would ever want machine made Xiao long bao (which I would not), why wouldn't I just buy it from the freezer in any Asian grocery store? Are you really that d*** to think that people cannot distinguish machine vs. hand made wrap?? Get it together! Also, this is NOT due to understaff situation from covid 19. From reviewer's pics, they have been doing this cheat well before covid 19.

Yesterday afternoon I brought me & my mother here for lunch because I heard so many good things about it, and it didn't disappoint. We were seated immediately upon arrival (after taking our temperatures, respectively, of course). And there were so many things to choose from, but we settled on chicken soup dumplings and chicken & crab meat soup dumplings, 2 braised eggs, and jasmine tea. :) Our meals arrived promptly after 10 or so minutes, with generous portions for us to share. Lol we were surprised about the chopsticks, but it was easy to learn for me, but my mom had a bit harder time, finally giving up & using the small ladle. :D But Oh My, we LOVED it all. Seriously, my elder mother is a picky & finicky eater, which is why she's so thin, but here I was overjoyed to see her eating & enjoying the dumplings. YEAH! Two thumbs way up! :)

I love dough zone lol y'all should sponsor me. We ate our food b4 I could get a flick haha. I always get the broccoli, it was good but it was a little overcooked and I prefer it to be a little crunchy. Overall good experience, and a cute server. Definitely recommend the tea with the salted cream, so good. :6/17Decided to come in the day they reopened for dine in seating! Absolutely delicious experience, and affordable too. Ordered many things because it is my dad's birthday! my favorite part was the banana naan dessert! I've never had anything like it before. great service too, especially with everything that's going on.

I love this place. My daughter and I used to go weekly before the shelter in place. So many delicious options. We love the Jian Buns, Dan Dan Noodles and pork Dumplings. Sooo good!

This place is great! It combines the best food from both Beijing and Shanghai.
