Best burritos good price
Best taco truck I've yet found. All the food is phenomenal. The savory melt-in-your-mouth meat is my favorite. Also love their sauces. It's both my household's and my workplace's go-to taco truck.

Had dinner here last night for the first time after a friend recommended it. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that I didn't come here sooner.
The team managing the food truck were extremely nice, and the tacos were spectacular (very reasonable prices as well).
My favorite one was the adobada, but don't sleep on the chicken or asada tacos either.
Will definitely come back!

A perfect little food truck to get good street style tacos.
We had only one issue that someone we always end up getting one taco less. But since it's a Togo and we do not get to know it till we take it home , it isn't worth the drive back. But next time I would definitely open it up to check. Would recommend the same to other too.

It's a heavy burrito, and you can choose from meat such as chicken or beef.
I took it home and ate it.
It was very filling and delicious.

I really enjoyed their authentic street tacos. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the salsa had a great spicy zing to it. They also accept cards and not just cash and they are in a parking lot so it is convenient.

It's my favorite Mexican food in my area. Taste very authentic, like when I visit southern California.

The Best Tacos in Town – A True Masterpiece!
El Maestro del Taco truly lives up to its name! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for something special. The vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the irresistible aroma of fresh tortillas and sizzling meat, set the stage for an unforgettable meal.
The tacos here are simply phenomenal. Each one is a perfect blend of authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and attention to detail. The al pastor tacos were a standout—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor, perfectly complemented by the tangy pineapple. The carne asada tacos were grilled to perfection, and the homemade salsas took everything to the next level.
The service was top-notch as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations from their menu. Their passion for great food and customer satisfaction is evident in every bite.
If you're looking for authentic, mouthwatering tacos that transport you straight to the streets of Mexico, look no further than El Maestro del Taco. This place is a taco lover's paradise, and I can't wait to come back for more!

Food was absolutely amazing, tasted super good carne Asada was amazing tortillas were good sauce was really good and it’s seasoned to perfection, Carne Asada is super tender and flavorful and eating the tacos makes you feel like your on the streets of Mexico fully authentic Mexican street tacos with mouthwatering flavor would 100% recommend best tacos in Bellevue only thing I would say is that the portions are really small so if you come here you should order more than you think you can eat but other than that the food is amazing here 10/10 all the way recommend.

TLDR:
- Manipulative tipping options
- Small portions
- Expensive, especially for a truck
While I have had a really good experience here in the past, I have been less than impressed during my last visit. I had ordered the lengua tacos thinking they were 2.75 each like the menu stated. They turned out to be 4 dollars each. I know some places charge a bit more for lengua, however I did not see this addressed on the menu. There is a chance that I could have missed it. Regardless, their lowest tip option was 20%, with some listing 35%. It is almost comical. The server was very friendly so I could get past it, however it does seem pretty manipulative. When I got my food and opened the packaging I noticed that the tacos had barely anything in them at all. For 4 dollars each you can expect either high quality or quantity. Neither were present here. It honestly felt like I got ripped off. I ended up spending 21.28 for 4 lengua tacos and was still hungry afterwards.
