Ordered a bowl. Didn’t meet my expectation. Too much added sweetness. Jumba juice bowl is better imo.
I wanted to leave a good review but unfortunately when I placed an online order 20 minutes before hand when I went to pick it up before work it wasn't ready and the lady behind the counter moved as slow as possible so I ended up being late to work. When I plan ahead, by using an offered service that emphasizes it will be ready for pick up that's what I expect. Unfortunately that is not what happened.
Emerald City smoothies are delicious! This was a visit after a dental procedure and helped get some protein into my son's body! The reason I gave 4 stars is the parking. It's tough to get to at the Bellevue location.

I just wanted to leave a kind word for the girl with the pretty lashes who was working this morning—Tuesday at 8 a.m. She was friendly, efficient, and helpful, as always. She helped us with our smoothie order and made the experience smooth and pleasant. We’ve seen her a few times now, and she consistently provides excellent service. Thank you!

This place is pretty good… Only a few suggestions. The spoons they provide for the açai bowls are way too short. You can’t reach the bottom of the cup, so they’re not the best.
They also thaw out their açai way too much so it’s more like soup. It should be frozen. I hope they can remedy this as I hate to take my business elsewhere.
Walked into this location with no greeting or acknowledgment this place wasn’t busy at the time, red flag number one. Was immediately met at the register with a woman with the most bland monotone voice and attitude obviously annoyed at either a customer’s presence or with her job. I have no idea what is up with the employees at this location tonight but it’d be better to hire a house plant than these two. Awkward and weird behavior. But an extra star because the man didn’t mess up my order shoutout to him.

I am not sure the name of the gal who made my smoothie (around noon on Sunday the 28th of April) but she did amazing! Not only was the smoothie great, but I watched as she did an amazing job multitasking with 4 large orders in a row before making mine.
I feel like the ladies working today are very discriminative and not professional .They could not even trace my online order and my sister had to wait a good 30min or so to be served .I feel like it was a racial discrimination because she was black when other people came in they were served well .Been a customer here for a while but I see myself looking for another emerald smoothie spot
PARKING IS NO LONGER FREE. I GOT A $50 TICKET TRYING TO BUY SMOOTHIE FOR $10The employee did things correctly. Its the store that isn't doing things right. The stores of Park Row know the rules very well and how it all works. They are to provide you a coupon code to apply in the parking app. You need to address it with them.
Rude and disrespectful customer service
The guy behind the counter was very dismissive. Clearly zero customer service, but the sarcastic tone felt like a slap to the face. Didn't care to tip, and didn't care to sit there while having my smoothie. I don't think I'll be coming back
