Pricy for what it is, but it's Bellevue. Very limited selection for hot food, but do like their fruit and pastry selections. Kids 4 and under eat free, so make sure to ask if they just put charges on your bill.

Place has gone down hard since the pandemic.

$30 for tired looking breakfast buffet. And then they add $6 for ordering omelet without telling you upfront.

Front desk lady looks annoyed, but the hostess was nice.

Way less food and lower quality at bufet. It's perhaps half of what is use to be at higher praise

Refused to let us sit by the window, claiming it was “for reservations only,” even though the entire section was empty. The hosts were snippy and unprofessional. On top of that, we were charged an automatic 20% gratuity meant for a party of six when we only had four guests. Never coming back lol.

Food and service were excellent! The room was very nice, but in a large hotel / conference center plaza. Very nice, very clean just not my style.

Truly excellent on the menu side. Yoghurt and berries bowl large and fresh, blueberry pancakes fluffy and cooked to perfection.
It does beat all other breakfast options there.
Service quick.
I found the buffet underwhelming for a hotel of this standing though. The menu is what makes the place stand out.

I was blown away by the service, food, and atmosphere at Eques. We stopped in for breakfast after getting checked in at the hotel and they were so accommodating to both my partner and I's allergies (gluten and tree nuts/peanuts). We also had the best time speaking with our server, Angel, and she was the warmest welcome to the hotel and to Belleview. I would highly recommend this spot for a lovely and convenient meal with excellent service!

Don't you just hate it when all you can eat buffets are just not that appetizing? Well me too, that's why I LOVE Eques, Their buffet is not overly packed with items but still plentiful and continuously refreshed (well except the chocolate croissant, come on guys do better)

The service is always friendly and we were promptly seated (reservations are best guys) it did take a moment for our server to come back to us but soon we had coffee and juice and hit the buffet. There was scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, potato medley, pancakes, and a bunch of other warm items. I will say the make your own omelette is no longer part of their buffet and I do wish waffles were but alas. Lots of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, jams, toast and the coffee is nice and strong, heck the view isn't bad either.

Will be be back as usual

It’s average and kinda disappointing after I have read those 4-5 star reviews about their breakfast buffet : the varieties such as the green salad and bread are very limited. They charged extra for making omelets, the bread is not tasty, so dry, no French toast, the pancake didn’t offer other topping choices except for butter. Only the hot food area I find a bit of value, yet again, the selection was very limited and the egg dish is no better than other cheap hotel’s free breakfast.

I had read a review that a good place to go for brunch in Bellevue was Eques located in the Hyatt. So, when given menus, we saw the buffet and just told the waitress this. Never did she mention cost, that omelettes were an "extra" $6, and that you ordered them up at the buffet, but then they delivered later! I was also dissappointed at the spread for $32 even before that! Only seafood was crappy smoked salmon. Service very so so. They did delete extra $6, but I will never go back. Although the Hyatt itself is beatiful and restaurant fine.

Not enough options in buffet. It used to be really good as I remember. This time felt like any continental breakfast that's included in a cheap hotel. Limited options and nothing to write home about. Service and ambiance were good though. Our server was very pleasant. Ruth I believe. But didn't like the fact that they couldn't find our reservation. It wasn't too busy (now I know why), so reservation didn't really matter. But if it was busy that would've been a lot of trouble to drive all the way to Bellevue with a toddler and couldn't get to eat their mediocre buffet as they would've not found our reservation.

It's a hotel restaurant. We ordered breakfast from the menu: eggs benedict and a stack of pancakes. The eggs benedict was okay, sauce was fine, poached eggs still had runny whites. The pancakes were chewy (not fluffy) and the syrup was cold.
