The convenience and freshness of the food will satisfy you as it did me. The staff was courteous and friendly and helped me to pick a favorite of the managers to pick to eat myself. The central location is easily walkable from the downtown core and the food is very healthy too. Thank You Evergreens I will happily recommend you to anybody and everybody in the area who is hungry!!

Parking is limited but was in area and decided to try this healthy lunch option out and I was not disappointed... It was very good and produce was very fresh... Cannot afford to go often but adding this place as a quick stop when I am in the area...

The staff was multi racial and multi lingual which I especially like to see. The print service and professionalism of the shift leader Jose was impressive to me and each employee of the three present did very well to make me feel at ease and welcomed. The food was prepared fast and efficiently and everything looked very clean and tidy. I came in soaking wet like a dog out of a lake and was actually in some pretty grubby gear from working but I didn’t feel profiled at all which is rare in Bellevue. Not even a funny look- very +. I had the Sombrero Salad and it was hearty made fresh right in front of me. I will be back to enjoy more menu items. The location is very convenient to most of central downtown Bellevue so bring your whole crew and enjoy this fabulous fresh food!!
I got the 'Fast & The Curryous' bowl here, which came with rice, pineapple, green curry sauce, and steak, among others. It also came with bread on top I found the bowl to be pretty average. There were good parts, like the inclusion of pineapple, and the rice was well cooked. The steak was also pretty decent; it was on the chewier end but at least had some flavor. There was also a good amount of it
On the less-positive side, the green curry sauce tasted incredibly inauthentic and somewhat synthetic. If you've ever been to any Thai restaurant and had green curry, the difference is immediately noticeable and persistent throughout. The bread ended up looking a lot better than it tasted as well, as it was way too chewy
This bowl was expensive. It ended up at nearly $16 for what's way less food than you can get at a Chipotle steak bowl right next door. I don't think it justifies that price in terms of taste, in fact, I think Chipotle tastes a good amount better
Overall, as I said, it's about average, but at a pretty high price point. 6/10

I ordered a salad with tofu on DoorDash, but was given a salad with chicken. They have to be more careful about customer preferences. If you are a vegetarian make sure to double check that they haven’t added meat to the order.

Best salads! Fresh ingredients and staff always helpful and friendly. Love the el sombrero with the cilantro lime dressing! Oh and their Cesar dressing is to die for!
