Ezells Famous Chicken

Come on Ezell’s. Put someone who speaks and understands English at the cashier’s. Wasn’t going to tip but your machine charged the tip. PS Interpreter for this sale did not deliver. Rude and rushed. Ugh.

It's been a while since I had some Ezell's chicken, and I was craving some. The chicken gizzard was amazing and crispy. The famous chicken was a bit too salty this time, the meat was juicy, and the skin crispy. The fries were soft and felt disappointing.

Service was excellent, the staff was friendly when we asked some questions.

Overall a decent experience, but disappointed in the salty chicken.

Take out is the best. It is not a great atmosphere to relax and dine in. Very noisy and very basic tables.

The gizzard is amazing! I love its texture and flavor, especially with the blue cheese dipping sauce, awesome! The chicken is quite salty of the crispy coating, but the meat itself is juicy! The mashed potatoes with gravy are nice! And surprisingly, the pineapple soda from the fountain is really good, beyond my expectations for a regular soda.

Probably the worst Ezells in Washington i know the location is in redmond but can we please make the spicy tenders with just a little bit of seasoning🤦‍♂️

I ordered a family dinner combo for delivery on the restaurant's website and the jumbo side dishes were not delivered. Kids were sad and hungry. When I called the restaurant they offered me no refund or redelivery of the forgotten items. I was told the only thing they can do is add on a free 2 piece lunch special (only half the value of the forgotten items) if I buy additional food and pay an additional delivery fee and tip on a future day only during lunch hours. I feel like I've been robbed.

Definitely all about chicken. The coating on the chicken was amazingly light and tasty, the sides were unremarkable but good quality and taste. Staff was friendly and outgoing. The atmosphere was a little sterile in a cafateria-esque kind of way, but ok.

I stopped in on Sunday & ordered large crinkle cut fries. Why would I think to look in the bag before leaving because crinkle cut fries are exactly that.
It wasn’t until I got home when I opened the box, they were just some plain generic straight cut fries.

I find it hard to believe they didn’t know they were subbing in fries & they could’ve easily said they were out of crinkle cut & had a different one for the day.

Instead, I ended up with $8 worth of fries that didn’t get eaten.

Do better about telling customers if you’re out of items. I would’ve picked something else.

I love it. That's about all I can say. Employees are always friendly, service is always fast, and food is always the bomb.

They have a good amount of inside seating. Parking can be slightly challenging but that's not the fault of Ezells. It's a shared parking lot with safeway.

It’s so busy in there and I always get to go because the seats are hard and it’s a cafeteria feel. The bone in chicken is terrific.

Parking: I wish they would come to North Spokane area or Colville. Love this place
