Upd: It’s often overcrowded and since all the tables are first come first serve a bunch of people are roaming around in search for a table, feels uncomfortable

Nice place with friendly staff, and reasonably priced items. Tarts are freshly made and very delicious.
Four stars because something on the surface of their croissants bothered me. The inside and bottom side of the croissants are great, and you can taste the authentic and good quality ingredients. But the top/side surface has a slightly rancid scent and taste. Maybe it was from a layer of spray/glaze that was supposed to help with the appearance? If they can fix that I’d actually go get a croissant here everyday for breakfast.

I ordered a dairy-free chai latte but was given regular milk instead, even after asking to confirm. I had a severe reaction and days of recovery. We informed them and emailed the manager/owner as directed, but never got a response. I was hoping they would at least offer a cup of chai latte with non-dairy milk on them. Please be careful, unsafe for anyone with dietary restrictions.

I ordered a farine breakfast , with add one and I got only the add ons . No eggs no bacon. Uber does not refund and farine does not answer when I call. What a shame

I'm from out of town and grabbed coffee with a client at their Bellevue location for work. The coffee and location are fine, but when I realized that I was missing the receipt that I needed for my expenses, things went downhill quickly. I tried calling the phone number, but it rings until it disconnects - no one ever picks up and you can't leave a voicemail. I also tried messaging the info email address they provide on their website twice, but no response. I went so far as to follow them on Insta and send a DM just to try and get someone - anyone - to respond to me to help me out, and nothing. Even as I see them continuing to post, which says to me that they are seeing my outreach and deliberately ignoring it.
This was such a simple request for a receipt...I'm really shocked at what isn't even poor customer service, it's a refusal to provide any customer service at all once you've left their store.
