It's not necessarily that the service is bad it's that the place is so busy it's slow. Slow to order slow to get a coffee, a table and your food.
But it's the best coffee and best breakfast in the greater Seattle area. In fact id tell you to stay in Bellevue and eat here for breakfast every day vs staying in Seattle!
