If I could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend and I went for a simple meal and only ordered two mains, two sodas, and one dessert. Somehow, we were overcharged by $120.
When I questioned the bill, the staff claimed it was due to an 18% gratuity and some appetizers. First of all, the gratuity is only supposed to apply to groups of five or more there were just two of us. Second, we never ordered any appetizers. The waiter brought them without us asking, so we assumed they were complimentary.
Even if we had ordered them, the math still didn’t add up. They charged $35 per drink, which is absurd.
I asked for a refund and was told, “Sorry, we can’t give you one.” Then I asked for a receipt and was told, “Sorry, I can’t provide one.”
This entire experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I left feeling scammed. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Food is nice and unique, but pricey and smaller portions. Very nice staff and great location. Worth checking out.
Went for team lunch we tried all starters and all of the are really tasty. To pick top 2 live aloo tikki ,fire Jackfruit Sourdough Kulcha then Dal chawal Arancini are the best
Main course tried all paneer Lababdar is tasty and Dal Makhani is amazing.
Naans also good.
One suggestion please clearly mark vegetarian and vegan for faster decision making while ordering food.
Parking 100 steps away we have Bellevue square Mall parking and it's free
Well!! I was really skeptical after looking so many bad reviews. But honestly I liked the food and their drinks. The prices looked on the higher side in comparison to the taste but this is what you expect from an upscale downtown restaurant in the city. The appetizers and drinks are a total thumbs up. We ordered- Avocado Tikka, Pani Puri, Fire Aslam Chicken Sourdough Kulcha, Corn and Jalapeño Kebab for appetizers. We went with the Chicken Biryani, Dal Makhni and Naan for entrees. Kheer Cannelloni for dessert. The lychee fusion drink was really good.
Indian fusion type recipies. Veg. And non veg served . Quantity of food is not up to the normal standard restaurants.
Food was average. They also charge additional 3% credit card fee which I have not seen anywhere else.
My friend took me here for the first time. We ordered lamb biryani rice, garlic naan and masala chicken. All dishes tasted delicious. Anna , the server was very friendly. Definitely will go back again.

I absolutely love this place and will be going back soon! My friend and I went last night. This place gives off great date night/catching up with friends sort of vibe. The ambiance was very romantic but also a place for families. There’s really nothing like it in the Seattle/Eastside area. It feels like a restaurant in New York City. Every single item on the menu was to die for. I’m still dreaming of the cod and lamb shank biryani we had. Jason was our waiter and he made our whole night. He was very thorough, kind, and extremely hospitable. Every single item that he recommended was 5+ stars. We will definitely be coming back soon. I hope we get Jason again (although everyone was so kind).

I loved the flavor. The cocktails were very well
Done. The atmosphere is fun yet classy. It is more fine dining and the pace and prices reflect that. The only complaint I have is that it’s $7 for 1 portion of rice. So for a table for 4 you will need at least 2. I think they could fix the portion concerns by making the basic rice complementary or maybe $4 per order.
Also, the total price is not different than the tier of restaurant it is and it seems like there are some haters in these reviews just because they think Indian food can’t be fancy.

I was thrilled to see Farzi Cafe open in Bellevue, having enjoyed their food in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and I couldn’t wait to try it. For lunch, I started with the Dal Chawal Arancini, which had the familiar presentation flair of Farzi, but unfortunately, the flavors fell flat—decent but quite bland. Next, I ordered the Lamb Seekh Kebab on a Malabar parotta, which was flavorful and well done. However, the disappointment came with the Lamb Shank Rogan Josh, priced at $40. The presentation was impressive, with a smoke-filled lid, but the flavor simply wasn’t there. I couldn’t taste any of the depth or smokiness that a good Rogan Josh should have. For a total of $115 spent on three dishes, the lack of flavor was disheartening. The ambiance and service were on point, but the food didn’t live up to Farzi Cafe’s reputation. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Really impressive atmosphere, food is expensive but worth every penny. Very good service, manager came to take order himself when he saw his staff busy with other patrons. Servers came regularly to check on us. Impressed.

Farzi Cafe Bellevue: A Culinary Adventure Farzi Cafe Bellevue in Washington state has quickly become a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique and transformative dining experience. With its innovative approach to Indian cuisine, this restaurant offers a delightful fusion of flavors and textures. From the moment we stepped into the vibrant atmosphere of Farzi Cafe, we were captivated by its modern aesthetic. The menu, a carefully curated selection of dishes, showcased the chef's creativity and passion for Indian gastronomy. We began our culinary journey with a trio of appetizers: the Berry Avocado Chaat, a refreshing blend of sweet and tangy flavors; the Dal Chawal Arancini, a comforting rice and lentil croquette; and the Peshawari Paneer Tikka Lasagna, a unique fusion of Indian and Italian aesthetics. Each appetizer was a delightful surprise, showcasing the restaurant's ability to blend traditional Indian flavors with contemporary techniques. For our mains, we opted for the Heeng Jeera Dal Tadka, a hearty black lentil dish, and the Paneer Tikka Masala, a classic Indian curry. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. We paired these with the Chilli Garlic Rosemary Naan, a delicious accompaniment that added a touch of spice and warmth. To conclude our meal on a sweet note, we couldn't resist trying the Kulfi Tres Leches and the Chocolate Souffle. Both desserts were absolutely divine, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and richness. Our dining experience at Farzi Cafe Bellevue was enhanced by the attentive service of Chef Guarav Chawla.
