I’ve tried both the sushi and poke bowl here and I prefer the latter.
The pick-your-own sushi looks amazing but some pieces use too much sauce for my taste. You can’t taste the fish/seafood anymore (and maybe that’s intentional?)
I felt that the tuna quality here wasn’t great (taste and texture-wise), salmon quality is average, but the crab salad was really good. The crab tasted really fresh, or maybe it’s the sauce used, I’m not sure.
I tried the poke bowl with mango dressing. I think the poke bowl is pretty good quantity given the price? Mine came out to $16.50 without any additional add-ons.
Would not recommend the seaweed salad here as it’s very very salty. Try the crab salad instead!

The concept of having a sushi bar per pound and self-service is super cool. My suggestions to improve the experience are:
- reduce plastic use by using non-disposable plates for those for in house dining; - provide soy sauce dispenser instead of sachets; - the size of the rolls could be a little smaller for mouth fitting;

I get take out from here all the time, and it always hits. Generous portions of salmon, lots and lots of toppings, for a very reasonable price. I also like that have a great variety of toppings!! I love the little crispies you can add on top. Highly recommend!! 9/10

Very convenient sushi spot — the line moves quickly and the food tastes great. They have many creative sushi options as well as sashimi. The sushi sauce is self-serve, and there’s also hot water and tea available. The price is based on weight, which I find really interesting.

We had lunch here and this place was nice. We choose 6 of sushi rolls mix and it costs 12$. Depending on its weigh. There was free miso soup, which was warm and tasty.
This location seems to have fresher fish and is substantially cleaner than the downtown Seattle location. I would encourage management/ownership to mimic the Bellevue practices in the Seattle location - namely the tongs being dirty in the Seattle location. I had a great lunch with my friend in the Bellevue FOB location!

Food is good...service is consistently terrible. Emotionless, mumbling servers...not a smile from anyone at any time. Not eating there anymore...tired of trying to be friendly to get friendly service. Something is wrong with this place...either a terrible place to work, thus unhappy employees, or they hired the worst of the worst. What a shame.

The sushi itself tastes okay, but they really need to do something about the flies in the shop. There are a crazy amount of flies everywhere, they land and crawl all over sushi right in front of you while you are picking the sushi out. The staff knows they are there but they can’t even get rid of the flies or change out the contaminated sushi pieces. It is completely unhygienic and not food safe.
