I am a regular, but have noticed today that the bar servers of recent chat too much in front of the food. It made me a bit worried of all the spit that could be flying onto the sushis. Please chat less facing the food unless needed for service, and/or practice better sanitary measures such as masking.
Sushi variety and toppings were awesome! Everything was very indulgent. Got to try different seafood which I hadn’t tried before. I got some nigiri which really helped balance out the inari and other rolls.
I’m so glad I came here during an overnight work trip! I loved this concept where you’re able to pick your own sushi and make your own poke bowl. The fish was incredibly fresh and their roll options were unmatched. I have the tuna, salmon, and scallops. They also had a miso soup machine that you could make yourself a bowl of miso soup. Great customer service too! I needed an itemized receipt and they were able to get me one. 10/10 recommend!
