The concept of having a sushi bar per pound and self-service is super cool. My suggestions to improve the experience are:
- reduce plastic use by using non-disposable plates for those for in house dining;
- provide soy sauce dispenser instead of sachets;
- the size of the rolls could be a little smaller for mouth fitting;

I get take out from here all the time, and it always hits. Generous portions of salmon, lots and lots of toppings, for a very reasonable price. I also like that have a great variety of toppings!! I love the little crispies you can add on top. Highly recommend!! 9/10

The pick-your-own sushi looks amazing but some pieces use too much sauce for my taste. You can’t taste the fish/seafood anymore (and maybe that’s intentional?)
I felt that the tuna quality here wasn’t great (taste and texture-wise), salmon quality is average, but the crab salad was really good. The crab tasted really fresh, or maybe it’s the sauce used, I’m not...
