The environment is nice, the food tastes good and is served quickly.

I am very frequent to this restaurant (come here once a month for lunch or dinner) and unfortunately I've been witnessing how fast the quality of the food and the service is deteriorating. Waitress are not longer courteous and approachable.

Service is slow and they don't care about customer satisfaction or experience.

Today our waitress missed the regular side dishes and we had to ask 4 times for it, when the check arrived I was trying to review it and she told me that it was right and tried to take it from me, I had to ask her to wait until I finish reviewing it so she rolled her eyes and waited.

No more nice and courteous Brazilian waitress, no time to check with customers how they're doing. We always go for the full course however I believe this new approach of cheaper options is ending in poor service and experience

It's a shame because used to be a high quality experience but not anymore, last 3 visits are telling me that is time to find an alternative.

We came in for our anniversary and we had the best experience you could ask for! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and one of the managers, Jose was so kind to even give us a complimentary dessert for our celebration!
Will most certainly return in the future!

Not worth the money, Online order is such a scam, look at the side dish of Asparagus, this is how much I get for $10

Food is alright, but not distinguished enough for 80 dollars. Make sure you choose medium or medium rare because their well done taste like rubber bands. Service is wonderful, construction is good, location is great, and parking is free.

I was there Saturday night and had a horrible experience. The staff seemed inattentive and unorganized. Host were disrespectful and unprofessional and they were having conversations amongst themselves while I was standing in front of them waiting to check in, and it took more than 45 min. The two ladies Ashley and Priscilla were busy dancing and the young lady with curly hair kept delaying our waiting time so me and my group ended up canceling and leaving. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the service, as the restaurant has potential, but the experience left me hesitant to return.

Our server David did an excellent job on taking care of us! We had a near flawless experience! 10/10 recommend.

Our dinner was absolutely delightful! Emily and Gyari provided exceptional service, making our meal even more enjoyable. Clari and Jose from customer service were amazing and ensured everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Max review only one review ever and Max puts Server name unblocked on photo of receipt. A $4 difference and less than 18% tip left by Max The Server was unceremoniously terminated by new General Manager

I came here with my family to celebrate the arrival of my cousins to the US.
We waiting for a long time due to how busy they this place gets.

Once I was seated by the sweetest girl, we were taken care of immediately by not one , or 2 but all the staff members.

My cousins were just blown by how Alive this place is, and regardless of how busy it got, the servers were just on it 24/7.

I recommend this place to anyone who wants to share a beautiful memory with their loved ones.10/10 amazing !

I forgot to write a review earlier , but this establishment is a must try!!!! The food, the service , the ambience it created for me and my partner was just a time I will never forget.
Regardless of how busy it was , all the servers in the restaurant were attending each and everyone , regardless of how full it was.

I can’t wait to be able to bring my partner here again !

Terrible service and inappropriate behavior.

The waiter that was working tonight was disrespectful and took really long serving out table. When a member of our table asked again for a Diet Coke they had been waiting on, the waiter asked if he was ordering a “diet” because he was trying to lose weight…. This was really uncomfortable for all of us and the waiter then proceeded to say that they say that to all their guests.

Would think a large franchise trains their employees on behavior like this.
