I've eaten there many times. Their pumpkin rice is very delicious. The ingredients are very fresh. I like it very much. The private room is also suitable for parties. It's not too noisy and the service attitude is also very good.

A traditional Japanese restaurant with reliably great food. My personal favorite is their pumpkin fried rice. I have been here many times. Having their own parking lot is a plus.

Nice food with a fair price. Their small dishes and sushi are great. Not so well in main course like the pumpkin rice or sukiyaki.

Ginza is a fantastic spot for gathering with family and friends. The sushi is always fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. We especially love the real crab meat, it makes all the difference. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, Ginza never disappoints. Highly recommend!

This place was very disappointing to say the least, especially with the good number of positive reviews here. Perhaps it was that time I went or the staff that was there as that time, but I would give this place a 0 for food quality and a solid 1 for service.

I ordered a combination sushi and had to actually spit out one piece because it was most likely spoiled. The surface of the fish slice was dry but also cracked, suggesting that it either sat out for along time or was poorly refrigerated. Normally, I would just return a piece like that but I took a chance and instantly regretted it. The piece was mushy and was almost as if it was exposed to some freezer burn of some sort.

I immediately spit it out and reached for the water, which sat empty for 15 minutes without a refill. The service was so poor despite being rather empty, and I couldn't get a refill on the water until my dinner was near finished. Realizing that I had ordered a pot of green tea to go with my sushi meal, I took a gulp of that, only to find that the tea was completely washed out and had no flavor or color.

There are a handful of good sushi places in Seattle/Bellevue, and this isn't one of them. Come here if you want mediocre to poor food for a relatively low price in WA standards. Don't come if you are expecting some decent food that won't make you sick. Don't order sushi or green tea, and then bring your own water bottle if you want to have water in a timely manner.

The sushi and sashimi were decent, but the fish was overcooked, ramen had a chemical cleaner odor, and oysters tasted off.

Service was fine. Quality of the food for the price point wasn't great.

A hidden gem in Bellevue! Ginza is a small, family-owned Japanese restaurant with incredibly friendly staff and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

We stopped by for lunch on a weekday and were blown away by how delicious everything was. The Tonkatsu was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside — the shredded cabbage and sauce on the side were the perfect pairing. We also ordered the Sukiyaki, which was packed with flavor and came in a generous portion. The California roll was fresh and satisfying — you could really taste the quality of the ingredients.

Don’t skip the hot green tea — it ties the meal together beautifully.

Highly recommend supporting this local spot. You’ll leave full and happy!

I don’t usually review often but this place deserves it. I sat by the sushi bar and the chefs were really friendly despite it being busy. The sushi was really good and tasted very fresh. The best I’ve had in the US and possibly even better than Tsukiji.
