I've been a regular customer at Greek Express in Bellevue for quite some time and generally enjoyed their food. The flavors were consistently good, and I appreciated their menu options. However, I feel compelled to share that during my last visit in November, both my wife and I experienced severe food poisoning that left us ill for two days. We attempted to contact the restaurant about this incident but unfortunately received no response, which was disappointing given our history as loyal customers. While I've had many positive experiences here in the past, this concerning experience with both the food safety and customer service has made me hesitant to return. I hope the restaurant can address these issues to maintain their previously high standards.

I offer a one-star review of this Greek Express and Grill due to an unfair experience I had this past week. While in Seattle with family, I hoped to enjoy some Middle Eastern food options passing through.
The cashier was incredibly unkind and not gracious; insisting that my family and I order takeout food only due to “closing at 9pm.” I was in the restaurant at 8:15pm and could not understand why I was being asked to only order takeout.
To make matters even more sad, the cashier almost did not allow me to dine in. She made me and my relatives feel awful even though we were ready to order almost a full hour before closing.
I cannot in good conscience give this location business again, and I hope the owner becomes aware of how employees are treating customers.

Average chicken shawarma wrap. I would rate 3/5 if the wrap was better quality. They use generic store bought wheat tortilla which tastes like ass and is far from fresh. Either bake your own wraps or use something else that tastes fresher like Garlic Crush does.

We were super hungry and stepped in for a couple of Chicken gyro sandwiches. They proactively asked us if we want it spicy (although I know it’s not traditional). We’d never turn down that offer :) The staff were pleasant.

We've been missing gyros since Greek Express left Factoria Mall. Got my go-to order of gyro salad with no onions which was good. Fries were a undercooked and lots of seasoning on top.

Great food at a good price! Chicken can sometimes be a bit overdone, but besides that the food is delicious, the service is great, and the restroom is always clean.
